I made 2 call in complaints to Whataburger. One was for very cold food. Second was for same thing and tea that had been there for 12+ hours per employees. The third time I called I made a compliment on service and an employee. Third call took place yesterday. This morning I received a call from Corporate Whataburger telling me to go somewhere else my business is no longer wanted. This is how whataburger deals with customer complaints. They guy with corporate who called me also said that I had called 21times. That is a complete LIE. He said he would pull reports from each phone call and call me back. I informed him I will be expecting an apology when he finds I only called a total of 3 times. He was extremely rude and told me to go somewhere else and if I go to Whataburger and they mess up my order they will NOT fix it.
