I wanted to take this time to write a review due to the way my family and were treated on 10/23/15. My mother, brother, son and I went into Whataburger yesterday because my son loves going there after his football games. When entering the cashier was helping a young man so we waited our turn. When she was done we stepped up to the counter where the young lady never spoke to us to welcome us (Cynthia was her name). So I started to order what my mother wanted ( she has Parkinson's Stage 4) when I told her " My mother would like the Ranch Buffalo Sandwich" She then stated " Just the sandwich"? It wasn't that she asked the question it is how she asked the question, I replied yes just the sandwich. I then ordered my sons " My son would like the BBQ Honey Mustard sandwich" which then she replied "Just the sandwich" I replied yes just the sandwich, once again not that she asked the question but how she asked me. At that time she asked is that all? I replied " no" so I asked my brother what he would like. He then told her that he wanted just the sandwich of the Whataburger Sandwich #1. She replied " Just the sandwich" he replied " just the sandwich". Again not that she asked the question it is how she asked. She then asked " Is that all", I then told her "I need to order". After her rolling her eyes and huffing that I was not done she asked " What do you want". I then told her "I would like a #1 Meal" she then asked me " Just the sandwich" I replied "no the #1 MEAL". She then asked is that all? I told her then "that would complete my order". She took my payment gave me my receipt and cup for my meal then started laughing as I walked away to get my drink for my meal. My family was now sitting and waiting for the food on a sitting bench in the lobby. When I got over to get my drink she is now laughing loud and starring at my family. I then turned around to ask her " what is the attitude for" She replied "I can laugh if I want to". I then went back up to her and told " if you do not want my business I can go somewhere else if you return my money". She then replied " go ahead". So I asked to speak to a manager. Cynthia then stood in front of me to yell for the manager. The Manager came out I did tell her what had just happened and she said she will take care of it. While the manager went back to making burgers Cynthia then stood at the front starring at me and my son laughing. ( my mother at this point was all shaken up so my brother took her to the car).

I am writing this review because this makes no sense for people ( customer) to be treated like this. We work very hard for our money and when we eat out it is a treat for us. I do not think that customers should come into your restaurant to be treated that away when we come in to spend our hard earned money. All someone needed to say was sorry and we couldn't get that! Needless to say we not be returning to Whataburger if this is the treatment we will receive!

I really hope that this review gets out and others will not be treated in this manner!

This place has a tendency to drag the customer complaint services un answered rude respones by head corporate Supervisors. My wife has had an investigation going on for months that could shut the store down and was hung up on because I am an employee at the store in complaint.

I want to recognize every employee at the Whataburger in Arlington, Texas on South Cooper Street for outstanding honesty and integrity! I left my debit card and an employee found it and turned it in. In a time when bashing people and voicing constant complaints about others I want people to know there are still great young people in this world. They always have great food here but better than that the integrity of the employees at this Whataburger has won my loyalty and support!

Store 369 was very dirty. The bathroom was really dirty. The tea dispenser had dirty strings comeing out of the spout. The staff was not friendly. Not rude but not friendly. Eccept for the girl that wated on me, she was nice. And the food wasn't as good as normal.
And the kicker is this place was use to be top notch.

I went through the drive thru at this store number 76 manager name is latoya badger. She was working dive thru. I asked for a moment so i could look at the menu. She was rushing me. Saying "hello can you order plz. There was on car ahead of me. I had to wait 30 minutes. 4 cars behind me got there food. I went in to get my order. She was rude and told me to go to my car. And she carried my food instead of just giving me what i paid for. I will npt be going back. Y'all just lost a customer. Cause we eat waterburger all the time. Hopefully y'all deal with her. If i wanted to wait that long for food. I would have cooked it my self. I wasn't gonna say anything cause i go to this location its by my house. But she was rude. So now im complaining.

Been trying to get a job @a store in San Antonio. I have previous experience. They say I m unhireable because I had cash handling write ups? I never had any cash handling issues at my previous job & my manager even said she didn t write me up for anything of the sort. Can t get a hold of anyone from corporate, THEY NEVER ANSWER. so looks like y all lost out an a great employee.

All the whataburger locations that I have visited ...

All the whataburger locations that I have visited in Texas have been good to great. Except for the location in La Marque Texas. Horrible service. Extremely long waits and bad manners. I'm in line tonight again for the last time. Been here over 20 minutes. Finally get to the window and the tell me to pull up and wait. I'm NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Corporate needs to read the feedback here and fix the problem.

today is 4/18/2013 i just left your whataburge in lafayette louisiana the ambassador caffery location at 9:10pm tonight i went through the drive thru your employee first charged me incorrectly my order was 6.31 she charged me 6.90 this point is not about the money the employee did not smile did not appologize did not say thank you and she made me wait a very long time for that .59 cents. Your service is so slow at this location and it is not the first time i have had to wait. I love your burgers but enough is enough. I will not be going to whataburger again.

The Whataburger in Mesquite off of Beltline I've been going there since I was a kid I'm 30 years old now so I kind of remember the amount that's on there cuz I get the same thing all the time so I order in order for 1750 so I just glanced at my card on my account and it says $21 was taken out okay this is happened numerous times on numerous orders I've looked on my account where they have adjusted the amount I am furious I would not use this Whataburger

The whataburger where I live constantly is losing my orders. I pay at the first window and drive to the second and they have no idea what my order is. They tell me pull forward and I do. About a 30 minute wait every time before I flag someone down to go get a manager and all the manager does is give me a refund. I go to whataburger to wait in the parking just to leave to go to another drive thru. After whataburger left Texas the service is PATHETIC.

I go to Whataburger once a week and always spend $50 or more on food for my family. Today was the worst experience I have had at My Whataburger, I ordered my food and got home and one of my combos was wrong. I called and spoke to a manager named Nick and was told to come back and they would remake my order. I went back and took them the wrong order back and thought I was driving off with the right order. I got home and it was the same order I had just went and left. I spent to much money there for people to not get my order right and I didn't even get what I paid for. Ordered a #2 got a #1 and the Sprite was flat. I guess it's time to change my Whataburger.

In August 2018 I put money on my Whataburger app. There was a problem accessing the app so I paid with my debit card. I was charged three times for the order and requested a refund. After 3 calls to corporate I was finally issued a refund 2 weeks after initiating. The refund was issued 8/18/2020 and I received it 8/25 /2020.

I have the Whataburger app. Today was the last day to buy one and get one free. Just the hamburger. The manager Amber store 973 in Orange Park FL delivered my order to curb side pick up. She stated that my free hamburger is not on her order. I showed her the app. She said there s nothing she can do about it. Even as a manager, she has no capabilities of fixing this problem. She went on stating you can refuse our return but also through the app because that s how you paid. Not A lot of expertise here.

The Whataburger here in Lufkin,Texas location 103 Brentwood Dr St#900 service is absolutely horrible they were standing around talking to each other instead of focusing on servicing their customers. I order #5 Whataburger and bacon combo they give me something completely different then what I paid for. I finally got my order from the manager when she turn around she said I'm mad she didn't realize that I was still in the restaurant I will never be back to that Whataburger location.

You may want to take the time to retrain your Saturday night staff at the Stacy Rd. location in Allen, Tx.

Tonight (08/22/2015) around 9:15 we went through the drive-thru and ordered a large drink, small chocolate shake, and apple pie. The gentleman that took our order was pleasant. The others at the window were being fools. They were talking to us as if we were a huge inconvenience for placing an order. We were asked to pull over and wait for our apple pie, which is understandable. When Dylan brought out the bag containing our pie, he stated in his sarcastic tone "enjoy your extra fresh apple pie." As we were driving off we noticed the bag also included plastic ware, croutons, ranch dressing, and ketchup, that happened to explode in the bag. Needless to say the pie was no longer edible. In addition, the chocolate shake had so much syrup in it that it burned the throat. The large drink tasted okay but now we are wondering what your employees may have added to the mix. Clearly these actions were intentional. Unreal.

When are y all going to let people in your lobby after 11 o clock? The lot the drive-through line is a mile long and it s about a 40 minute wait that s a bit ridiculous. You won t even let your employees bring the food out or even hand it out of the door.
I have contacted you all several times even with positive at a boy comments and no one ever responds.
You do care what your customers think, correct?
I ve been eating at Whataburger for over 40 years.

Would have given 0 stars if it was an option. Went to both the Hemphill and Berry st by tcu in Fort Worth Texas and never received remotely adequate service. The people in front of me at both locations ended up leaving as did I. Worst service I've had yet. Don't waste your time with whataburger and their salty fake meat burgers that aren't worth the headache. 0/10 horrible experience.

Very dirty , restroom and restaurant, lazy attitude on the employees.. my order came out wrong .. never stopping at the one in Refugio, Texas .. I worked for Whataburger when I was 16 through the age of 20 .. we were trained and taught better ! Very disappointed

It's an unfortunate thing that the evening manager at the new Grand Prairie Whataburger is racist and doesn't know how to run this store. No smile with the customers. Always frustrated with the customers and employees. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING JUDGED BECAUSE I DIDN'T MAKE MY ORDER FAST ENOUGH. BIG BULLY!!!! Word of mouth can destroy you. Or you forgot?, Especially by a person who is well known in GP.

I called the store today because I just found out that they had a mouse hurl himself into a flyer! Yes, you read that currently. I called the store to ask what steps they made to make that store clean. I was met with juvenile snickers, being hung up on repeatedly and then when I did speak to a manager, she was beyond rude and condescending!!!! My family and I will NEVER eat there again!!!! Their employees are awful and obviously don't deserve to have jobs! They don't take anything seriously!!!!

So sad that a chain like yours is what my dad used to take me and the family to every Sunday after church when we were growing up. Loved the food and the "tradition" however, regardless of those memories, my family will not support or utilize your services any longer . It is truly a shame that your confirmation to an unconstitutional and PC mentality removes yourself from what makes Texas and America great and SAFE. We pray one day you'll return to your senses.

I ordered #2 meal and the Sweet and Spicy meal and asked for them to be what-a-sized. She asked what for drinks and I ask her if they could be milkshakes instead of drinks or would there be extra charge. She said there would not be an extra charge for the shakes and that the order would be $14.53. She took my money at the window and a gentleman came and game me my change and the order........ which was only the burger, medium fries and the 2 milkshakes. I told him there should be a sweet and spicy sandwich and another order of fries. He said they could make it for me if I wanted...... I called the manager and tried to explain to him (Hector) and he was rude and kept asking me what I wanted him to do, he was very rude and told me they were very busy and he needed to get back to work.... So, one double meat burger that was supposed to be without cheese, one medium fry and 2 med shakes was 14.53?????

We went to your store #822 in alvarado tx at 708 N. Parkway today for lunch at 1:00 It took 20 minutes to get are food and we pulled forward and ate the food and it was cold. Why is it so hard to get a hot meal anymore! With so many food places closing you think people would go out of there way to urn peoples business. Close the doors on this place if you can't serve hot food! I will not be returning to this place ever !!!!

I have been going to this Whataburger for 7 years. And in these seven years they very rarely ever get my order right my order is not hard I always order the same thing. I love the food and it's good but I wish that they'd get some employees that actually knew how to do their job.

I wish Whataburgers were in my area, I would make them my choice of eatery.. The whataburger off of Wallisville Rd. In Houston Texas is absolutely gross ! The employees are young and irresponsible. They lack the knowledge of proper cleanliness and they had friends that didn t even work there in the back while making our food . They neglected to wear gloves as the made customer food.

I have been eating here for over 40 years. They do a good job with everything. I mean food quality, services, appearance, and cleanliness.
My only complaint is getting their corporate office to respond regarding issues.
I m shocked of the lack of response.
I understand the amount of calls/emails they must get, but not even an automated robot gets back to me. Where s R2D2 anyway???

Poor service food awful at Whataburger in Casa Grande, AZ. Cashier at drive thru rude and after waiting 5 minutes told us to drive and wait to side "We ran out of fresh burgers". The people behind us got their food before we did. After 5 more minutes we got our food. Burgers were cold and awful. We asked for extra mayo and got none. Had to go inside to get the extra mayo and same cashier was rude. Never go to Whataburger in Casa Grande, AZ you will get this type of service.
