Don't expect much to be done if you call to complain about one of their stores. The fact that I had to be inconvenienced by going to a different restaurant altogether was over looked. I got an apology email from the GM but not one person called me and asked me, Mr. Jamison, what can we do to make this up to you.

This message was loud and clear. They don't care.

Now, I literally go out of my way to avoid Whataburger.
