I am beyond upset. My last visit to the drive through at Whataburger...not only did she quote me the wrong price...my order was not ready when I arrived at the pay window. I was asked to pull forward to the side door after paying for my order. Not only one but three cars behind me received their orders and left. I finally received my order and expressed my frustration for the delay in the cold with my car running. When i asked for a manager, someone came out and assured me she would speak to her employees. That is not acceptable and I will no longer trade with Whataburger! I have been a frequent customer in the past and mistakes have been made but not without compensation of some kind. Not even an apology?!
