Great hotel in a great location. I stay here almost every time I spend the night in Seattle, epecially if I'm attending events at the Jazz Alley. The hotel is nice but I suggest parking at their overflow garage. There is a covered bridge that connects the garage to the hotel. Its $30 to park overnight compared to $55 at the hotel. The hotel is a couple minutes walk to Amazon Spheres, The Monorail, and shopping/dining in central Seattle. If you can find a deal (check several sites) this is the place to stay in Seattle.

Customer service is terrible. Except for the room service. They have a very nice room service department. Pool is great. 4th floor rooms with balcony are lovely, beds are heavenly , location impeccable, meeting and work spaces both free and at cost are great. Oh, and they allow dogs.

Very friendly staff, nice accommodations. Great place. Live music at the restaurant was nice :)

The hotel was immaculate, and the staff professional. Valet service was faster than a bullet, but I only stayed overnight and didn't see much else of the hotel. Only shame was that the printer in the business center was broken, but maybe it's for the better because the price per page is exorbitant.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Great views. Good customer service! Perfect place to stay to see Snowflake Lane parade.

Wonderful event spaces. Great location. Catering was fantastic.

Although the parking cost/process wasn't clearly explained, every other aspect of our stay here was excellent. We were able to request a fridge be delivered to our room, which arrived within an hour, at no extra charge. Also, it's location included convenient for bridges to adjacent buildings which have shops and restaurants.

Its bad, room service is slow, very noisy, and only chnaged our room and gave us free wifi. DO NOT GO THERE

The valet was unfriendly, which started off our visit with a sense of negativity. They couldn t provide a bell hop or cart because they didn t have enough on hand.

The location and atmosphere of the lobby are nice, but the rooms are old and rundown. The pool is a nice addition to the property, but i would give that up for a much nicer hotel next door (W Hotel).

Regarding the room, (I have pics of all this), the drawers were broken, toilet paper roll sprung out like it was a jack-in-the box, the TP was paper thin, only one robe yet it was a two queen room, chairs were ripped, tv was very outdated, and shower was less than stellar and the lamp was busted up. It literally felt like a motel 8. Very disappointed regarding this Westin property. It lowers my perception of the brand.

I had an excellent visit the Bellevue Westin. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the amenities in the room.

I was also impressed that they provide free self parking on weekends.

The service at the front desk was excellent and the check in was a breeze. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff from valet, janitorial, to catering. Clean restroom, but need signs to find them. Catered lunch for workshop was delicious with both healthy and indulgent options.

Excellent experience at the Westin... The staff is always excellent, and working with the event support staff was a pleasure.

Nice venue and great location close to everything in Bellevue. Food was maybe not exceptional, but was really good. Great service.

Check in staff member radiated how we were inconveniencing her by checking in late at night. Guess our patronage didn't make up for her having to do some actual work instead of relaxing in the back office. Never mind we traveled almost 24 hours and had zero control over when we touched down. Such a poor attitude and first impression of this branch.

Great staff! The thing I liked the most was that their kitchen is open 24 hours.

I follow what Adam says, and I believe he is telling the truth. This is situation is similar to the Barley house incident.

Staff was kind, though did not explain amenities to my husband and I. Still, very nice place, reasonably priced, perfect location and incredibly comfortable accommodations.

Excellent food drinks and service, no complaints except its location is a little hidden and doesn't feel very glamorous

Let's start with what was good... We slept very well. Quiet clean, and comfy. However I probably won't be recommending to friends due to a pile of annoyances. There was no TV remote in our room (which eventually get fixed), finding the front door and parking entrance was a continuing challenge... Even after 2days, there was a commerical for adult viewing (like... A girl sitting on a hotel bed inviting you to call her with video chat for an intimate experience... what??? This made me feel uncomfortable and it was on their home channel), Service with front desk was very slow (though they were nice) And you have to pay 10 bucks a DAY for wifi!! For the price of a room we should get wifi free.

I take the liberty to write you and let you know my experience at The Bellevue hotel westin day 12.06.2016 had a short stay because at the whim of an employee was asked to leave the hotel.I will be as brief as possible one of my companions approached first verbally and after their consent physically to the Argentine soccer team,security came to the site and I was asked to not intimidate the privacy of the other guests after having a brief discussion with a blonde hotel employee who gave me a warning.
I understand that must respect the privacy and safety of all guests but what happened was ridiculous we all had to leave the hotel, all that were staying in the room
all guests including two small children had to leave the hotel at night 4.5 hrs away from home even when it was not involved in the event
I was the one who paid for the room I had to leave even when this happened was in my room bathed my children
when my wife did not return , I went to look and security was there for a second time she just asked a famous guest about the players and he offered to sign my shirt even he taked to its floor and had 12 players signatures that doesnt sound like someone offended or attacked he even return to the pool area give her jersey back.

security, team players, the coach even came down to try to fix the problem by arguing that there was no aggression but this employee did not care and I have video and recording of conversations that can support my version

I regret very much what happened and we could not have an arrangement with this blonde employee who i dont know not her name but ill annex a photo was not accessible

although I must speak well of the installations, security, personnel had a very friendly staff and the person who greeted me in the lobby even offered to find us a room and a settlement regarding room charges her treatment was more human and understandable

We rented a conference room for 3 hours in the afternoon. The conference room was perfect, clean and big enough for everyone to have comfortable seats. Overall, we are quite happy with the location and the services provided. Highly recommended if you need to stay at the hotel or organize an event.

Great service, and their green initiative offers hotel credit if you participate. Right next to Bellevue Square.

Stayed with points and got a free movie. Really couldn't imagine paying the price they charge. 19.99 to watch a movie could buy most of them for that price. The internet was excellent will stay again for sure the location cannot be beat.

The facilities at the Westin were great for the career event I attended. There was ample space, water, and directions for all attendees.

I visited a friend there only stayed for an hr but it was beautiful.

Highly recommend. Right across the street from Bellevue Square Mall. Walking distance to many different restaurants, bars and shopping. Rooms are updated and spacious. Excellent customer service.

Perfect venue for an overnight during Snowflake Lane! Right across from Bellevue Square and all the restaurants in downtown, good rooms with nice amenities.

Polished, wish they offered Continental breakfast instead of only paid. Clean and well maintained rooms.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The staff were very friendly. Free guest parking in the underground garage. Rooms were big and clean. Fyi if you purchase room service be prepared to pay more than what's on the menu. 19 dollar cheeseburger and fries ended up to $29 before tip.

Spacious room and comfy bed linens. The gym and the pool are in great condition and the staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.

I regularly stay here for business, it's a pleasant hotel with comfortable beds, good showers and decent room sizes.

Marked down as their laundry service damaged my clothes on 2 out of 3 times I've used it.

Wish there was more lighting but the service and food was solid.

I arrived after midnight and Mr. Allen was exemplary. He was able to get my family and I checked in in under 5 minutes.

Great location in downtown Bellevue. Impeccable service from the staff. The rooms are clean and I had a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. Only suggestion is that some of the furniture is well worn and should be replaced. Still, this is my go to place when working in Lincoln Square.

Beds were very comfortable. Room service was good, but a bit expensive. The shower was super dope. Elevators were fast. View was alright.

No outlets by beds. Minibar locked and not fully stocked. Housekeeping sub par. Sink doesn't drain.

Attended a division meeting in the conference room. It was very comfortable and a nice venue for the 300 or so of us professionals.

We are staying for a work function. The rooms are excellent and the staff are all very friendly

Played as a musician for a private auction. Staff was helpful and navigating the building/loading dock was a breeze. Would recommend hosting your next private event here!

I was here the night before my wedding. The lamp shade was cracked and the business center was out of ink. Otherwise it was nice for the evening, great location.

Nice room and has big windows you can see the city and sea far away. It s a convenient location. Parking can be little confusing. I hope they do a better job at directing the parking.
