Stayed for two nights on the 10th floor. The hallways leading the room had many large mirrors, all of which were dusty. The room was very dusty as well. The mirrors, lamps, even the headboard had a significant amount of dust. The toilet had dirt and hair on top of the tank and one of the pillows had a lot of hair on it. All of the staff seemed like they hated their lives and were struggling to even be pleasant. No one was genuine or welcoming. A houseman even left toiletries in our room when we were out even though we didn't order any and had a do not disturb sign up. The only reason to received two stars is because of the location and free parking.

It was clean, relaxing and seemed to be the pinnacle of human ingenuity at night. A liberal bastion in a conservative setting. In the pacific northwest you can enjoy the tastes of affluence without the snobbiness of San Francisco or New York.

This hotel was very nice, very clean, friendly staff. We went for our anniversary and they actually left a little treat for us in our room. The pool was really nice as well. We will definitely be back!

I went to the Westin in Bellevue for a work meeting in the conference room area. The lobby staff were very courteous and the location was clean and attractive. Parking was a little tricky this time though.

Elegant hotel in central Bellevue, right in front of the Bellevue Square. Relatively close to the Bellevue exit of the 405. There is plenty of space in the indoor parking garage; valet parking is offered too. The parking fees are high, but probably reasonable given the hotel location. There is a small but nice restaurant with a good offering for both breakfast (buffet) and dinner, the service is quite quick. There are other options within walking distance. The rooms are quite new. Not many amenities in the room, but a good selection is available upon request. The personnel is very friendly and tries to help out as much as possible. They are also very response on chat, never had the need to call the front desk. The pricing is comparable to the other hotels of the same category of the area.

Great location to do shopping and walk around. Customer service was great so is their swimming pool. I would have gave it a 5 star if there was free wifi but there isn t. For a decent hotel they should have included it.

Probably a 4.2... could have been higher except they didn't have bathroom slippers and extra lotion. But provided many bottles of water!! Had a good check in friendly guy and willing to share a lot despite being there after 10. Rooms are decent with coffee maker etc.. nice big TV and bathroom.. decent breakfast and eating options at Cypress.. enjoy

Paid $305 for one night for an average room without breakfast. The hotel was nothing to write home about. The location is convenient but the rate is outrageous and being a Marriott Gold and not getting access to conceirge lounges any more is just not worth staying at these facilities anymore.

Really went the extra mile to make sure they accommodated my every ask, and I had a lot of asks! Incredible customer service, can't beat the location, really wonderful, comfortable rooms. And the best part, air conditioning that is so quiet, you sleep like a baby!

I had to cancel my stay. The hotel charged for a day, which I am ok with. But they are not providing me an invoice for the charge now. Reached out to support by email and raised an issue. Of no use.

My absolute favorite hotel in the Seattle area. Staff are accommodating and professional. Rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The in-house spa is fabulous as well. A+++

The room is large, considering the location of the city center, the room booked is really good, the room in the front row can see the Chrysler building, but the 42nd street is really noisy. The staff is friendly and the price is ok. The amount of breakfast is quite small, considering that there are many good places, it is not worth eating at the hotel. In general, it is very comfortable to live!

Room is excellent, bed is very comfortable, everything's clean and tidy as expected. Drinks at the bar are priced steep but I guess that's okay. WiFi is a bit expensive but works well just not in my room. Overall, definitely recommend.

Fabulous location and great staff. Gym is good sized and lobby resturant is good as well. However, no lounge and valet is expensive. If you want large rooms and easy access to downtown Bellevue you can't do much better.

My wife and I went to the Westin for dinner during Seattle restaurant week, the food was not bad at all! The service was a little slow for an empty restaurant and our wine glasses sat empty. Overall a good experience but we'll probably pick somewhere else next time!

Easily my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Microsoft. Very refined with very good dining options both in and near the hotel. This stay I visited the Truce Spa located on the 3rd floor and had an excellent massage after a long flight. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and the donuts and coffee in the lobby are a great way to start the day if you don't have time for breakfast.

Great location in Bellevue near Microsoft, and transportation center for access to Seattle airport and the greater Seattle area. Tons of restaurant options nearby. Well appointed hotel rooms and facilities.
