Westin Bellevue (Starwood Hotels & Resorts) Review

It was a great venue for the corporate event I was attending, good food to boot!

Parking garage is free on weekends, but it has relatively low clearance (6'8").

Clean hotel in a centralized area. Great internet. Complementary parking for guest.

Was there for a quick breakfast with an old friend, but food came fast and was tasty

I wish I could upload pictures. I am an SPG platinum member, and this Westin is as bad as a roadside motel. It took 1 hour to receive bed linen for the sofa bed. I was told it ll be 20 minuets because the runners are very busy. I let him know that an 8 year old boy is waiting to sleep on the sofa bed. My son ended up falling asleep in the regular bed while I layed out towels as linen and a blanket on the sofa bed. I once stayed at a Super 8 that treated my family better. Never again.

Great location, comfortable rooms. An excellent place to stay when visiting Bellevue for a weekend of shopping.

Very relaxing. One of the best beds I have ever slept in. Beautiful city. Next time wife and I are back this will be where we stay. Outstanding staff. View is awesome. Great shopping district all in walking distance. Fantastic city park only couple of blocks away.

Parking lot can be hard to ger to even for a local. Not clearly labeled unless you know the area. Staff is very helpful and breakfast wad decent.

I was there for a business meeting so I mostly just saw the lobby and an office. The staff was helpful and helped my co-worker find his lost phone.

Here for a seminar. Room was nice and food was great. Helpful staff.

Rooms feel dated. Poor experience after entering the room as the toilet didn't work. Great location though.

For anyone doing online shopping while staying at a hotel for a few days, look elsewhere. $7 per package is downright ridiculous. After much arguing and pressing the issue publicly on Twitter, they "discounted' the charges as a courtesy, but I'm for sure never again staying here. Disappointing compared with other Marriott properties which are better managed in this regard

I went with my husband and our pet (Miniature Schnauzer) to stay for one night to celebrate our anniversary, the service was great, the hotel very clean. After arriving in our room they sent us champagne and some delicious chocolate covered strawberries as a courtesy for our anniversary.

When we booked, the site asked for preferences. We requested a featherless room as my son who is 11 months old, has had allergic reactions to random things lately. When we arrived we noticed that the feathers were partially down. We also noticed that there were small hairs on top of the toilet tank and on the toss pillows on the bed, as well as a visible layer of dust on the toilet and headboard. My husband and I had to do some housekeeping during our stay, again due to allergies When we arrived back at the hotel on our second night we noticed housekeeping leaving our room from down the hall around 1030 pm. Upon entering our room we noticed that there were slippers, toothbrushes and packs of toothpaste on the desk. However, we did not ask for these items as we had been out all day. Seemed rather odd. The staff was very pleasant, however, we likely will not be staying at the Westin Bellevue in the future due to the low standards of cleanliness.

Didn't stay here, but the employees were helpful in assisting we find our vehicle in the parking garage below. Don't spend an hour looking for your car, ask them

Beautiful hotel clean comfortable room , perfect for our excursions out to Seattle, and side trip to Portland.

Good rooms service was OK the hotel was exceptionally clean...

We simply met friends there in the lobby but it's was nice enough, staff was very friendly and helpful as we waited. Located right across the street from Bellevue Square with access to lots of shopping, dining and 405.

Nice lounge jazz music Friday nights and nice atmosphere

Fun seminar. But they wouldn't discount the rooms for seminar attendees. $200 a night....no thanks.

Creepy hallways with low lighting especially near elevators, feels unsafe. Bathrooms have inadequate lighting. This is not an energy issue - it is the hotels exploiting the climate/energy issue to save money. There are plenty of low energy lighting options out there that provide bright light such as daylight bulbs. Did enjoy the large TV and Netflix is available.

Rooms are beautiful and spacious, service is great, and it's in a great location!

Beds and bathrooms are fantastic. Like other westins, no club. Breakfast is fantastic at inhouse restaurant.

Good location, nice rooms, but TVs are really small

They have the most amazing service from the moment you walk in until breakfast the next day. Their restaurant staff is so wonderful every time we visit, especially with the children. It s the most amazing service of all the Starwood hotels we have stayed. As platinum members that is a lot:) They have a tent for the kids in the room and have it brought up for us before we even get there. They make us feel so welcome!

Love this Westin! Great pool and hot tub, and plenty of meeting space and conference rooms.

West in anywhere is perfect.
Bellevue was better than perfect this time.

I catch an amazing view from the top floor.
Sunrise and sunshine view is best .

Staff is so friendly! I had an excellent experience here. My room got upgraded when they had a king view deluxe room available. I do have mariott status but they didn t even hesitate to give me the room upgrade and the food was delicious.
