Clean rooms, convenient location in the east side. Had to go daily to Redmond for work and Bellevue was an easy commute with good restaurants in the area. FYI this Westin's gym is busy in the morning.

Very nice hotel I really enjoyed the workout room which was large and had a number of machines and weights available. Indoor pool on the forth floor. The hotel is located near shopping and has a number restaurants within walking distance. It is conveniently located near downtown.

Great, friendly staff and nice rooms. The pool seemed a little murky, but I don't know if that is consistently the case. Decent exercise room as well with a few machines, several treadmills, and a reasonable set of dumbbells.
I attended an event in the hotel and the conference facilities were nice. I enjoyed the citrus elixir in the lobby. I stayed at the hotel about five years ago and had a disappointing experience at the time, but it is quite nice and I'll consider giving it another shot.
Attended a party hosted here... The catering was excellent, and service was low key but always there for you. Only complaints were that parking spaces were really tight and free spaces were hard to find during my visit.
The staff was very kind and the service was better than expected I always trust Starwood hotels to exceed my expectations.
The room was big and very comfortable, the food was nice and always on time and the restaurant is nice for breakfast, it is a little bit small but if you are not in a big group it will fit you.
It is very well located, Seattle down town is a bit far(30-35 min in car) but the area where it is located is very nice and it has a lot of restaurants near by.
There is a big mall just in front of the hotel.

Cancelled rooms when we didn't show up (cancelled international connecting flight) even though we had prepaid for 6 nights. Last at the check-in was quite rude and unhelpful. Went to another hotel close by that was much better!
The westin Bellevue is the place to stay when in Bellevue. The hotel is central to the city and is near the best of shopping and entertainment. The room is comfortable of course because of the Westin bed and the views are really great. You can't miss with the service.
Very Clean With friendly and helpful staff. The Food Is Good, If A Bit Over Priced.
Why have a bar near the reception if you're going to rudely kick people out for getting a little excited after a couple of drinks. My company paid for everyone to be here, and the way we were treated on the way out was highly disrespectful. The Westin appears to have a lack of understanding of how events work, and apparently takes no measure in training their employees in considerately and professionally handling difficult situations.

Was apprehensive after poor service at LAX and Mission Hills. This Westin was excellent. Always double check your Folio before checking out. Every Westin we've stayed at has had incorrect charges. Is this happening across the board? Starwood Preferred blames it on human error...

We held my dad's 70th birthday here, in the Yellowstone room. Great service, good food, very private setting, and the bonus was we had the snowflake Ave setting up right below our windows so the kids were just thrilled!

I can always count on the westin and there staff to take care of me and my family. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. Very nice and clean. The room are big and very modern and updated. Very central to shoppong and restaurants. There was one staff that i highly would recomend to deal with and this is why we come back here is Jodi.She checked us in very fast and not only was very friendly and pleasant, she upgraded my family for free to accommodate my children and husband to be closer to the pool and have more space for my children to be more comfortable in. Not many people would do that. This is why i come back. So thank you again expedia and jodi for making our stay and vacation awesone.

Attended for a Porsche/professional event. The food catered by the hotel was absolutely fantastic. Hotel was nice well kept with all staff being very helpful to point me towards the correct conference room.

5 stars all the way around, great location right in front of a shopping mall, several good food options. Rooms are very clean. Good soft beds, clean sheets, soft pillows very cozy. Courteous staff. Also great views from your room. Also taking all the covid precautions they can at the moment !! Bellevue area is clean and feels safe, I had no problem walking at night. Also if you feel the need to go for a swim try walking about 1.0 mile to Bellevue small beach park, very clean and picturesque area.

The pool needs better ventilation since it gets really stuffy humid and smells strongly of chlorine, but it's still nice you just can't relax in there too long because of the smell. Also, the locker room showers need labels, I had to guess which was body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hope I guessed right!
It feels like rooms have not been updated for at least 8+ years. Not a Westin level property. Starwood should consider another brand for this property unless they are committed to improve the facilities and improve the level of services offered. Location is outstanding but the experience is mediocre.
Clean, efficient hotel with friendly staff and good location.
The claim that this hotel is "4" Diamonds. Not really sure what or who gives this rating, but it feels a little unearned. Upon checking in, there was a protest going outside for an event they were hosting. While I know the protest was not against them, the event they were hosting in there ballroom was the main reason for the fiasco. Advice for the Westin, don't let political groups use your space, if you can't handle the heat. When we checked in and got up to our room, we were greeted in our by loud protest noises and a Drone with a video camera attached (presumably filming the protest) . My wife and I were a little concerned about privacy, and wondered why the drone outside was not addressed by any police officer, or hotel staff. At one point the drone was facing the room (on the 5th floor, eye level), and had filmed in our direction. We hope the glare film on the window was able to give a privacy. When we told the front desk about our concerns, they told us they would reach out to the police about the drone. Found out later this was false, and will be following up with a report with Bellevue PD about this. The Westin's response was to move us to a much smaller room facing the other side of the street. While this was nice, we paid close to $300 for their larger deluxe room with jacuzzi. When then called them back about the issue, their response was to show us a corner room,but then insist we pay an additional $100 for this space (which still didn't even have the balcony or jacuzzi we thought we paid for). In the end, I wish I had made a bigger deal about this, and feel Westin's respons was not appropriate, and downright degrading. I was spending the night here as a staycation for my Anniversary, so I let it go in the moment. My message to anyone who looks here to stay, be wary. I don't feel they put there money where their mouth is in terms of putting the guest first.
