Nice and clean room, comfy bed and the best location possible in Bellevue (imo.) We needed a small fridge in our room to store baby food/milk and they brought one up to the room within 10 mins of me asking (mini bar fridge isn't kept as cool as a regular mini fridge.) We'll definitely be back!
Visited the Cypress Lounge, where there's live music (jazz) Friday evenings. An older crowd, it seems, but a nice ambience.
The beds are comfortable, not for falling into but good for laying down and instantly falling asleep.
The showers are decent, the smaller head is much better and has a faster water flow than the bigger head.
The breakfasts are subpar. My waffles were cold and the bottoms were soggy. My orange juice had a gross after taste. The bacon was cold and soggy. The bloody Mary's tastes like "tomato paste" as my parents put it. Honestly the food really isn't all that.
The service, however, is pretty good. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
We love this location. The staff are polite and helpful. The pedway to Lincon Square then skybridge to the mall it's awesome we can cover many activities without going outside. :)

Honestly, I thought that the The Westin Hotel could have been better.
Stayed here on a recent business trip. Staff was friendly, like that they have environmental options to turn down cleaning in favor of reward points. Also love that you can order workout clothes for $5 while you're there. Vicinity to restaurants is great and I particularly enjoyed Pearl, right across the street. Valet / parking in general is a bit steep - $26 for self park and $36 for valet. This is just as much if not more than downtown Seattle. Overall, always enjoy staying at the Westin.
fantastic rooms, hotel is brand new. central bellevue location is right next to some fantastic restaurants. much better rooms than a typical westin, although the room-service is crap (typical westin fare).
The rooms are pretty nice, not very big though and hard to try and cram the kiddos into.
The Westin Bellevue is the perfect hotel for guests desiring attention & pampering. The staff is friendly & professional, the rooms are nicely appointed. Food from the retardant is made fresh & is healthy & delicious. This is the perfect location with shopping, movies & attractions within the complex or a short distance. For longer excursions, the hotel is situated close to public transportation. This is the best choice for a business traveler, host meetings or have a banquet.
We like staying at the Westin. Very nice place. Centrally located in Bellevue. So much to see and do that you can walk to. Service is great even though they are owned by Mariott.
Great hotel in the middle of the town center. Very centrally located near restaurants and office buildings. The rooms are nice and clean and what you expect from a hotel. The only downer -- especially being in a tech city -- is they charge for wifi... That's just nuts given most of the other hotels nearby don't.
Okay service, pool closes early, rooms were okayish.
They were awesome! We were a little too loud up in the room, I believe it was 1415 on July 15th So they let us play in the lobby instead

This was by far the most wonderful hotel that we have stayed in. The room was great, but what really set them apart is the level of service that they offered us. Anything that we needed was provided for and in a very quick manner. Sometimes it seemed like they rushed to our door before they hung up the phone. This extended from their kitchen, front desk, and even their security staff. The valet was incredibly pleasant.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're in Bellevue over night you need to stay in this hotel.
Actually expected a bit more however I do like the hotel. Front desk was quick. Seemed there was much better service at Marriott properties for Elite members. First time staying at a Starwood. Wife felt the beds were not as comfortable and not well made/crisp.
Nice room and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It's a pretty high price for just a place to sleep though. Self parking is $25 per night, and valet parking is available for even more money.
Booked a room and called to change it to a different day. Person on the phone said that she changed my reservation, but when I called the hotel again, they lost my resevervation. Completely unacceptable customer service. Didn't even get my money back.
Friendly service and great central location in Bellevue. The conference room on the second floor left a little to be desired though.

The location is great!!! All the good restaurants are in walking distance plus there's a mall across the street. All the employees are very nice and helpful!! I will definitely come back again!

Amazing in all aspects; the service and quality was outstanding.
The king size bed was amazing. Coffee and tea in the room for the morning. Room was spotless and a good view of downtown Bellevue.
stayed for one night and felt very comfortable and warm. every staff are professional and friendly. easy access to shopping and restaurants with no exposure to the rain. No complaints so far. will come back again soon.
Very nice place. Staff is amazing especially valet guys are super helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great it's right in downtown Belleville cross the street from all kinds of restaurants and Bellevue Square Mall.
Stayed here three times and each time the experience is different. First time it was pretty standard, and my wife and I like the super convenient location and wanting to come back. The second time it was terrific, as we were upgraded to a corner unit with great lake view. The third and most recent visit was a bit of a disaster - room was a little dirty, washroom especially, with dead mosquito in the sink. Not sure if that's what you get when you use the annual free night voucher with Bonvoy membership. We'll probably give it a try one more time before deciding if we'd go with other options in the Bellevue area.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Westin Bellevue. The room was clean and well-designed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the catered food was very good. The location is excellent, right next to shopping and transit. I took the bus from the airport to Bellevue transit center and walked one block to the hotel.
It's fine, not sure why the room rate is so high, nothing wrong with the room but not close to 400$ US special either...
Excellent outdoor space for the summer time with a happy your ending at 7 instead of the 6 for the area. The happy hour pizza was tasty.
This a classic Westin hotel. Centrally located in the heart of Bellevue. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

This seems like a brand new Westin. It's conveniently located across the street from a huge mall.
Check-in was a breeze. We were given a room on the Starwood Preferred Guest floor. Our room was huge, although I'm not sure it was an upgrade. We had a beautiful view of the hills and the lake. The bed was standard Heavenly quality.
I loved that parking was complimentary on Saturday night. There were plenty of spots.
I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Starwood property + brand spanking new (or seems like it) = flawless
I stayed here for a romantic night out with my wife. The location can't be beat. Pretty much everything downtown Bellevue has to offer is easy walking distance. Service was friendly and efficient. Lobby is nice, room was clean.
I was really disappointed by the room. I paid a premium to get a room with a "Skyline View" and a "marble Jacuzzi tub". We were on the 5th floor overlooking a construction site. Being as this building is over 40 stories tall I expected a lot more when I specifically paid a premium for the view. The tub was old, LOUD and looked much less impressive than the picture on the website but much worse than that, the water didn't get hot, just warm. I don't know about you but if I'm going to settle in for a bath I want it HOT. I'd still got back to this hotel for it's location but I'd never pay for the "premium" room again.
I really liked this property. It was quiet, view was beautiful, staff was attentive. Nice walkable options--resetaurants, shops, etc.

Lovely rooms, particularly the suite we had on the twelfth floor with windows facing towards West Seattle. Since we were here during the holidays we got to look right down onto Snowflake Lane to see the nightly show.
The rooms are nice and compact. Food here is really nice and the area has a lot to explore. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

The pool is the best thing about this place. I really like the spa, but it's not connected in any way to the hotel. I don't know what has happened within the past few years, but their mattresses feel like they need to be replaced. Room service was good. Bathroom was pretty outdated.
I really like this hotel its new and very well appointed located directly across from a very nice shopping mall this hotel offers an excellent location for the area. A great jumpoff point for most of the big businesses in the region.
Very nice, new clean hotel. Lobby is well set up if you want to work with lots of places to sit and charge electronics. I wanted to specifically call out the wait staff at breakfast. They were so friendly and helpful, and overall stood out for their high level of service. Great place to stay particularly for business.
