Very nice hotel. At the heart of Bellevue downtown...
Very nice hotel. At the heart of Bellevue downtown. When it was first built, it was cutting edge. But today it is already showing signs of aging. Regardless a lovely property. Will return.

Beautiful meeting space. The wifi was down when the meeting started but it was fixed quickly. The service was very good and silent when they brought in more food or drinks. My only word of warning: park in the north lot and make sure you know what floor you parked on. You could also park in the south lot but it's further away!
Beautiful business Hotel, great access to downtown Bellevue
Attended a meeting there. Very nice facility. Abundant underground parking. Helpful staff.
Very nice rooms, helpful staff, just missing a non-member fridge and microwave.
Highly recommend. Right across the street from Bellevue Square Mall. Walking distance to many different restaurants, bars and shopping. Rooms are updated and spacious. Excellent customer service.
Beautiful place...great customer service. Great view from the 19th floor.
We stayed with a small group in this hotel and just enjoyed all amenities while restaurants enough around. No special remarks, nice to see the fast cars and visit the bar at night. That was an experience!
Great service. Very polite and on-time. Did not eat in their restaurant this time but it was very well frequented so it's on the list for the next trip.
Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly and professional.
I bring all my boy toys and boyfriends here. Real Luxury.
Beautiful hotel. Super close to the mall and movie theatre.
The ballroom was nice. I did not deal with their staff or rooms.
This is a great place. Great view and great service
No one greeted me at the door, but when I went to the front desk they were helpful. The hotel is clean, classic, and just like any traditional big name hotel - not too much personality
Food was good. Long room made it a little difficult to hear the presenters and attendees that did not use the Mic. All in all we would hold an event here again.
I give it a 2 because the TV is really old and there is no hdmi connection and there was a weird smell in the room
Super nice staff. Fresh berries. Omelett station. Nice rooms. To be honest this beats a lot of 5 star hotels I've been at. If you are a breakfast person like me you will love this place. To the Westin manager: you have amazing staff. To me you are a 5 star :)
The Westin Bellevue is a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. I've previously stayed as a guest, and the rooms are huge, the staff is incredibly accommodating, and everything is shiny and clean. This time, I came for a professional event. The ballroom is large and good for a professional dinner. No complaints; I enjoyed myself.
Very nice employees, great location across the street from Bellevue square. Room was beautiful with a rainfall shower head and bath with Jets.
The Westin is a nice hotel with an unbeatable location. Very convenient for shopping and dining in Bellevue.
The rooms are very comfortable and the staff very friendly
Great outdoor space, good happy hour, decent prices. Excellent servers! Live music is always a plus.
Great service and attitude. Made our anniversary a special experience. Will be back for sure, very comfortable.
Great service at Cypress room. Great music from Elnah and Eric
Attended a conference. Food service was good and the staff wa's excellent.
Nice clean rooms and amazing location. No free Wi-Fi, no free breakfast, the hallway of the 5th floor smelled like wet dog the entire stay.
Food and drinks were good but very few and limited choices. The atmosphere was very stuffy, the bar could use up beat and social music to get and keep the social atmosphere. Service was great.
Clean, comfortable, nice and accommodating staff. In room coffee was Starbucks, front desk had amenities I needed. TV was too old and did not have HDMI inputs for peripherals.
Seems like the front desk staff is just going through the motions. Asked for a fridge for the room, was told on the phone that it would be there when we arrived, front desk check in gal said, "oh the fridge is in your room now", it wasn't. Called down to ask about the missing fridge, was told it was on it's way. Well I think we're all aware that it must be on it's way, but where and when? Wanted to hit the hay and not have to get up for Engineering to show up hours later. Finally showed up, Engineering guy (who was very helpful and apologetic), he was told the wrong room number. Checking out the gal seemed very automated and told me my car was being brought up, 15 minutes later, I asked the valet where my car was, he didn't know anything about it and had to check. Finally got car and left. Not one of my better Hotel experiences. Usually have stayed at Starwood Luxury Collection properties, so I guess I see the difference now between those and a normal run of the mill property.
Was at this location, to attend a party at the Lucky Strike bowling and club.
Location is amazing, pool is great. Got upgraded to a suite with an amazing view. Hotel gets loud at night so ask to be on a higher floor
The walkability and friendliness of the staff is why I stay here! Easy check-in and check-out, super tidy rooms and ample parking make convenience another big factor as well. Even though there was an odd water heater-like sound at times (not entirely sure, but the rapid banging noise seemed to be triggered by hot water usage) from the room above, getting a good night's sleep was easy with the super comfy bed and thick curtains blocking out the light.
Honestly I expected less. Really awesome staff from the moment we pulled in and the doorman greeted us to the front desk and house keeping. Really a nice central spot, free parking on the weekend and clean modernish rooms. Would stay again for sure!
Visited for a conference. Hotel layout is easy to navigate and all the locations were professional in appearance.
The rooms are decent for a quick stay in Bellevue. Very clean and with great access to Lincoln Square shopping/dining as well as the Bellevue Collection mall shops. Parking was good as well.
Decided to try Westin Bellevue instead of Westin Seattle that I usually go to. Have not been back to Westin Bellevue for a couple years but the rooms feel a lot more dated than I remember. Biggest issue I had was during this whole corona situation the rooms were not clean. The comforter was very dated (stained yellow in the corners from how old it was), and there was even someone else s hair on the bathroom floor when I first checked in. Front desk was helpful/nice and got us a different room, but I expected a lot more from a Westin.
I attended a seminar here. The people working at the hotel are unfailingly polite.
Ill give u guys 5stars if you hook me up with a room for 2days free of charge. Thanks
Rooms OK, smallish breakfast area whci catches wind every time the back door open.
the hotel lobby was beautiful. Everything was very nice and air condition because it was so hot outside. My wife and I went to Cypress Wine Bar and enjoyed a cocktail on their beautiful patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a very great night.
Nice location but everything is stripped back to the bare minimum. $$ for parking, no continental breakfast, $$ for wifi (or sign up for a special membership) - they do the minimum and you'd get more from a Best Western.
Easy access, beautiful decor, valet parking, kind service. All around perfect.
Terrible phone customer service. When I called, I was transferred to a call center in Mexico City where I spoke to Alex, he promptly put me on hold for 12 minutes while he checked on my 2 night requested rates. Felt like they don t want us to stay. All good, going elsewhere.
My high school band played at the Westin in Bellevue for the Northwest Music Educators Conference in the Grand Ballroom. The acoustics were great and the staff at the hotel was extremely helpful in finding our case storage room and unloading our bus.
Visiting for a meeting in the ballroom. There was only one clearly marked exit point which made entering and exiting slow, like a herd of cattle. Would be better if there were additional marked exits.
Very nice, clean rooms as well as friendly and helpful staff
Went for a conference. It was so beautiful with great food
Love staying at the Westin Bellevue. This was our second stay at this hotel. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Parking is free on the weekends. Will continue to stay here when staying overnight in Seattle.
Nice beds, good service. Great location, central to lots of restaurants and stores.
Beautiful facility. An excellent choice for anybody in the area. Enjoy!
I was here for an event in the Grand Ballroom. Locating myself inside was very easy, and the catering was spectacular. Drinks were very pricy ($8 for a beer), but I enjoyed the evening.
2 visits from December 2019 to February 2020. 1st stay was amazing, got excellent customer service and restaurant recommendations during New Year's Eve week. View was amazing from one of the high floors from the hotel...
However, the 2nd time around in February during Valentine's Day weekend, it started off well until around 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM PST on Sunday, February 16th. Got woken up by a bunch of people right outside our hotel room, on the 17th or 18th floor (can't recall). A group of men and women started arguing, shouting and yelling VERY loudly in the hallways! Dunno if they came from a club or what, but they were belligerent and were shouting profanities, waking everyone up! Had to contact the front desk who called up security and I believe Police had to be contacted as well. It was very disturbing! A little scary since it was getting out of control in the middle of the night. Not sure what all of that was about, but at a premium hotel, you should not have to experience something like that. Kind of disappointing towards the end of our stay.
Very nice hotel. My room was upgraded with an amazing view.
Beautiful upscale hotel with a spa on the 4th floor as well as a swimming pool and gym.
The W at the Westin has the most amazing room service menu and breakfast options, Charles and Ally are the best!
Nice (if spendy) room with a great view of the lake, floating bridges, and Beacon Hill. Beautiful at night!
We took a room on the 12th floor where we have requested the management to give us 2 beds with a baby crib and also which is attached to another adjacent room. They have done their best to accommodate everything within the limited space of the room. Though the rooms were a little small, they were comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the city outside.
As we were visiting Seattle for a wedding, the venue for it has been book in Westin as well. The hall was spacious and looked really elegant. The staff inquired the bride and groom as to cater to their wishes and how to decorate the hall. They even offered to clean up the hall after the wedding and reception is done. Our overall experience with Westin is really good.
Very nice place, easily accessible garage with plenty of parking. I was here just for a meeting in a large banquet room but it was very nice and the staff were great.
We stopped in at the hotel bar for a quick drink. Service was excellent!
The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was lovely and courteous clean rooms, I felt that I could have anything at the palm of my hands within minutes. Jody was great help with all of my minor questions and specific needs. They also have Tesla s as taxis which is only fitting for such a hotel, that was probably one of my favorite parts of the hotel. A+ travel experience for sure. I ll be back, Westin! :D
Great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Limited selection for vegan options by catering. All three days were essentially salads and none of the dessert options. Ballrooms were spacious and washrooms were well maintained.
Attended a professional corporate party in the Grand Ballroom. Very nice facility with excellent catering staff. Parking was not included? Had to park across the street at Bellevue square?
Everything about the hotel is nice. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, the rooms were very clean. Beautiful hotel.
No issues with parking or getting getting around the hotel building!
This hotel is a great option for visiting downtown Bellevue and nearby Seattle. Whether you come for business or for recreational purposes, the hotel is perfectly located and offers easy access to all kinds of places, such as museums, shopping centers, bars and restaurants. The area is very quiet and beautiful, so it's perfect for walking and turning around. The rooms are spacious and have good furniture, although the televisions are old and do not offer access to applications like Netflix.
The beds were comfortable. The view was also fantastic. I was able to have a good view of the lake on the right while being able to see the city on the left.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
