In the off chance, I popped in with my iPhone 6S with a damaged display. They looked at it straight away and said they could replace the screen within 1 hour. The battery was also very poor so they fitted this at the same time. Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend.

Thank you Western Computer! after spending ages talking to Apple on the live chat and them telling me to go to the Apple Store which had no bookings!! they mentioned to drop in and try Western Computer and I am so glad i did, they helped me get my phone up and running within 30mins and saved me a heap of time and money! :)

I have to say that Ben's level of service was top notch. He underpromised and over delivered. Very helpful, even went out of his way to help, and I could not be more satisfied with the speed of my iMac on return. Professional, fast and friendly. I am delighted. I have given them my iMac on the 05/11/15 to diagnose and fix whatever the problems are with the iMac. Until today 19/11/15 I still have not got my iMac repair. Everytime I called, even though the guy on the phone is very friendly and helpfull but fault infomations are always given out. This is the worst service I've ever seen so far.

Really helpful staff - my laptop had some inadvertent water damage. I was able to get an appointment the following day, and my options were explained clearly and knowledgeably. I wasn't charged for the short diagnosis!

Went in with a problem with my laptop that was looking like it was going to be very expensive to repair. Ben, the service advisor, was extremely helpful and gave me some advice which saved me a lot of money and stress. Would highly recommend going here instead of direct to the Apple store.

Very disappointed and upset. I ve been buying my computers from this shop for years. But my MacBook Pro failed to start up last week, I only bought it 3 years ago. Phoned and left message, no one called me back. Phoned again and they said warranty is only for 2 years however the manager would call me back, still no one has called. Poor customer service.

I've replaced my hard drive to SSD to make it a bit more faster, and received the iMac yesterday, I am absolutely chuffed with the performance. Thank you for your hard work in the Pandemic Ben, very happy with the iMac now! Keep up the good work!

Dropped off computer before a holiday, was promised would be ready in a few days, and definitely by the time I returned. Ten days later came to pick it up, and nothing had been done at all. No indication of why they'd been unable to do it or why or how much longer they'd have needed. I needed the computer to do my job, so picked it up and gave up. Staff were nice about it, but communication definitely could have been improved to avoid wasting my time. EDIT: I got a really nice phone call from them apologising for the mistake, I'll give it another go (have added a couple stars for this)

Excellent, knowledgable and helpful Chatted with a very friendly and helpful young man yesterday. He was on his way out to lunch but still chatted to me. He was very informative, helpful and full of ideas. No pressure applied to buy and we chatted about our teaching experiences. The true Geniuses! I've used Western Computer a few times in the past - it's easier to get an appointment than at the Apple Store and they can often carry out repairs more quickly. This time, my 2017 Mac Book Pro appeared to have died completely. A trip to Mac Western and a quick look inside, and the machine was working again, much to my relief. No charge either. Really impressed, and I'll certainly be back. Thank you!

Incredibly helpful and efficient! Went in with a heavily damaged MacBook and within less then 20 minutes was able to get all my files extracted! Really friendly staff, would highly recommend!

After several calls with Apple support my Macbook was ruined and it didnt work properly!! A friend recommended I take it to Western Computers. It was good advice. Not only is my machine serviced, updated & fixed they also backed up all my pictures and docs to my external hard drive. The very thing I was trying to do with apple support. I was closed to chucking it at the wall! thankfully a visit to Western was well worth the visit. Remember repair dont replace!!

Had to visit Western Computers as all of the Apple shops were closed. I was really impressed with the service, the staff etc. The turnover around was really quick, the communication was excellent. I really cant praise this company enough. I needed my iPad for work so really appreciated their help

My daughter came in with a repair, booked in at the Apple store. Dealt with by a very helpful, polite and friendly chap. Very chatty, very professional and apologetic for any delay. He explained the process very well and explained timeframes. Excellent service, well done Western / Well done Jody.

Friendly but poor service, Was recommend by Apple to come here to get my iMac repaired which was covered by a replacement program. Was told the repair was approved and it would take 8 days, 3 weeks later (Monday) they try to charge me for the repair and I have to spend hours on the phone to them and Apple to confirm that I was was covered, they then said it would be done by Wednesday. They then push it back several times and by Friday evening they say they haven't finished cleaning it so I could wait until Monday (over 4 weeks since I gave it in!) or collect it. I desperately needed it back because I hadn't planned to be without it for so long so I took it back only to discover that the WiFi card no longer worked (never an issue before). After putting up with it for a couple of weeks I then repaired it myself and found the issue had been caused simply because they hadn't bothered to plug antennas back in. Despite this catalog of mess ups, whenever I rang them up they were generally friendly and helpful on the phone. But given how badly my repair was handled I would never use them again and certainly would recommend against using them for repairs.

I asked them to install a new SSD into my Macbook Pro 13 inch. They were able to complete the upgrade the same working day and migrated the data from the time machine back up drive I provided. Very happy with the friendly, quick service. My MacBook is so much faster.

After a sudden problem with charging my Mac, I called Apple support who booked an appointment with Western Computers for the following day. Panic panic - I desperately needed my compute for work so I called directly and asked if there was any way that they could fit me in if I drove up that afternoon. The gentleman on the phone said that although I might have a wait, they'd be able to take a look at my Mac. They did and even fixed the problem while I waited. Fantastic customer service, cannot recommend enough. Thank you!!

I deal with them B2B and have never received expediant service. Current experience is they have lost the items for repair which they themselves collected and somehow now have no records of! It's a good job I keep a thorough records system. Past experiences involved the "misplacement" of an iPad, which in in all took well over 3 months to diagnose, loose, forget about, find again, send off to apple, complete the repair, loose again, and then finally get a new model to me. The guys are nice enough, but poor service. I wouldn't use them buy they are a contracted maintenance supplier.
