Friendly but poor service,

Was recommend by Apple to come here to get my iMac repaired which was covered by a replacement program. Was told the repair was approved and it would take 8 days, 3 weeks later (Monday) they try to charge me for the repair and I have to spend hours on the phone to them and Apple to confirm that I was was covered, they then said it would be done by Wednesday. They then push it back several times and by Friday evening they say they haven't finished cleaning it so I could wait until Monday (over 4 weeks since I gave it in!) or collect it. I desperately needed it back because I hadn't planned to be without it for so long so I took it back only to discover that the WiFi card no longer worked (never an issue before). After putting up with it for a couple of weeks I then repaired it myself and found the issue had been caused simply because they hadn't bothered to plug antennas back in.

Despite this catalog of mess ups, whenever I rang them up they were generally friendly and helpful on the phone. But given how badly my repair was handled I would never use them again and certainly would recommend against using them for repairs.
