I deal with them B2B and have never received expediant service. Current experience is they have lost the items for repair which they themselves collected and somehow now have no records of! It's a good job I keep a thorough records system.
Past experiences involved the "misplacement" of an iPad, which in in all took well over 3 months to diagnose, loose, forget about, find again, send off to apple, complete the repair, loose again, and then finally get a new model to me.
The guys are nice enough, but poor service. I wouldn't use them buy they are a contracted maintenance supplier.
