I have given them my iMac on the 05/11/15 to diagnose and fix whatever the problems are with the iMac. Until today 19/11/15 I still have not got my iMac repair. Everytime I called, even though the guy on the phone is very friendly and helpfull but fault infomations are always given out. This is the worst service I've ever seen so far.
