Excellent, knowledgable and helpful
Chatted with a very friendly and helpful young man yesterday. He was on his way out to lunch but still chatted to me. He was very informative, helpful and full of ideas. No pressure applied to buy and we chatted about our teaching experiences. Didn't catch his name but a well mannered, Northern chap with great people skill.s
