After a sudden problem with charging my Mac, I called Apple support who booked an appointment with Western Computers for the following day. Panic panic - I desperately needed my compute for work so I called directly and asked if there was any way that they could fit me in if I drove up that afternoon. The gentleman on the phone said that although I might have a wait, they'd be able to take a look at my Mac. They did and even fixed the problem while I waited.
