Dropped off computer before a holiday, was promised would be ready in a few days, and definitely by the time I returned. Ten days later came to pick it up, and nothing had been done at all. No indication of why they'd been unable to do it or why or how much longer they'd have needed. I needed the computer to do my job, so picked it up and gave up.
Staff were nice about it, but communication definitely could have been improved to avoid wasting my time.
EDIT: I got a really nice phone call from them apologising for the mistake, I'll give it another go (have added a couple stars for this)
