This place has great equipment and supplies, especially for the professionals. However, the service is horrible and the staff is extremely unhappy, especially this one lady who worked behind the counter. She barely wanted to help or do anything except give poor service. I like the place a lot, but if I have to deal with her, I rather go somewhere else.

A chef and baker wonderland! They have a vast array of tools, knives, and equipment that any one would ever need. Tim Mussig was great to talk with. It's great they have an online presence as well.

This place is heaven for home cooks, professional chefs and restaurant owners. They carry almost everything from equipments to cookbooks. Staffs are friendly and super knowledgeable about evetything they are sell. Prices are fair but some equipments may be expensive. Overall great place i buy almost whatever I need here.

Its a great place to get all the new moulds and equipment. As a pastry chef this is my go to place to get the newest from silkomart or pavoni. I could just as easily go online but the people are friendly and helpful and they can answer questions about certain products that you won't find answers online to.

The staff is unbelievable nice and have real professional skill,and they know there products.

Would not order from this company! Highly recommend giving any purchase a second thought. They have a great return policy that you have to pay to return anything. Cost me as much to return as I bought the item for. Guess it s a good way to ensure no one returns anything. Think twice before you order from this company!

I purchased the Borosilicate, clear sauce pan, thinking it was a decent size, but it was very little. I wasn't happy with it so I returned it, only to get half of my money back, due to return shipping. It's a scam, if you ask me. How do I not have a product, but I'm still out of $20 dollars, when the initial price of the product was only $27?

Ordered a book and wasn't too pleased that no one notified me that the book was not going to be in stock. After having my credit card charged, waiting 2 months and looking for answers I still did not know what was going on with my order. I was promptly contacted by the Director of Operations who professionally rectified the situation leaving me a satisfied customer who for sure will be back to order again. I ve been coming to JBP regularly for years at this point and I m always amazed by the amount of time I can burn through even when I need just one thing reading through their solid book selection. If I had any opinion on the matter, you all should expand that section as much as possible. Just really take the culinary print section to an extreme because I stay fairly abreast on the new culinary book releases and magazines, but I m always finding books that I had no idea about. I always have a positive experience here - so thank you JBP!
