Thanks to Suggs Law Firm I was able to still walk away on top, after being involved in a 5 car pile up accident on downtown connector March/2019. I always hear an attorney jingle/ accident jingle on the radio and never thought one day I would have to call anyone. Everyone I encountered with at the law firm was pleasant. When I called the office I could never get in touch with anyone. I was supposed to receive phone calls back and never did. The secretary was rude when I was asking questions. I got pushed off several times very unprofessional office.

Attorney Eldridge Suggs has been a nightmare for me. Attorney Suggs allowed the stature of limitation run out before he filed my case against Macy which he had all the medical information needed to file. I fell in Macy in 2015 and I had surgery in October 2017 were I had three plates put in my hip because my pelvis had separated from my hip. Doctor had stated that this was caused from the fall. Macy walked away without being penalized. I tried to make Attorney Suggs to pay for his negligence but he didn't carry malpractice insurance so he got away. I have suffered a great amount of pain and much loss. In 2020 still suffering now I have to have a hip replacement . I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Suggs you are not a good Attorney. You know you did me wrong.

Worst law firm i ve ever dealt with! It s impossible to speak with anyone about your case, and when you do they have no information for you. My experience with them was horrible i would call for an update, and end up updating them about my case. They were suppose to deal with the insurance company, but i ended up doing most of the communication with the insurance company. i would never recommend this firm as they were recommended to My wife and i after an accident ! . i will update this with new information if this is ever resolved!

Update: Its been another few months and my wife and i never heard back from them... messages have never been responded to...
Result: No resolution ; had to find a better firm to work with. And would never recommend this firm to anyone.

It s been two years .. case still not resolved . I ve texted and called .. even said I ll go to another lawyer which I m still considering because I have yet received an update. I don t know what s going on with my case . I was new to Georgia and was involved in a accident Oct 12th 2017 where the car flipped more than twice and I was a passenger. .. last update I got was august 8th 2018. Since then I ve Been calling and emailing with no response . It s a headache and the hospital I went to after the accident still manage to call me . Today I called and his mailbox is full. I m over it ! I wouldn t recommend only based on my situation .

They are in my opinion the best lawyers. I highly recommend them. editing my post just to response to Anon Anon... who after I did some research is a former employee. Mr. Suggs help me just the other day with great legal advise. He answered the phone and made myself and my wife very comfortable and we knew how to handle our problem.. Go SUGGS.
