Ordered a book and wasn't too pleased that no one notified me that the book was not going to be in stock. After having my credit card charged, waiting 2 months and looking for answers I still did not know what was going on with my order. I was promptly contacted by the Director of Operations who professionally rectified the situation leaving me a satisfied customer who for sure will be back to order again.
