We bought a trip througholiday.pl, the beginning of service was correct. I asked the consultant to confirm at the travel agency that the contract was correctly concluded. Unfortunately, when checking in at the airport, it turned out that we are not on the flying list! The telephones given in the contract and on the holiday.pl website and the offices were inactive. We returned home. A complex reclamation considered negatively, Lato.pl claim that they are not responsible for anything, they are only an intermediary, and we do not really know who is at fault. I advise against them, they do not take any responsibility, I used their services for the first and last time. It is better to choose the offer yourself directly from the travel agency, at least you will later know who to address any comments to.

We bought a honeymoon through the holiday service pl ... unfortunately a waste of time and money .... the hotel roughly in accordance with a very short inaccurate description .... but it was not without mishaps: 1) medium contact ... 2) incorrect reminders for early payment ... 3) emails with information about the wrong direction of the trip ... are translated by system error .... 4) any request to change the terms is not possible ... I think that the company operates by sending mail and waiting for something to happen ... (you have to do it directly with the hotel, which is always able to help and so it was also a quick phone call to the hotel this time a short conversation and after the case, only then why such an agent?). All in all, the hotel made up for the shortcomings of the organizer / agent ... it was supposed to be a wedding gift, but someone forgot to inform the hotel, also the decoration of the apartment, or at least the romantic greeting was delayed by 1 day and a bit of a mess.
If you know English a little, you can easily give them a pseudoblog in PL and go directly ...
In the end it turned out for "vacation pl" booked parking at the airport 1 day shorter ... but that's not our problem.
The offer on the website is usually a fraud to extort your personal details and phone number. After entering the data and trying to book, each time a message pops up saying that the offer is not up-to-date and immediately calls 20% more expensive proposals. What is happening in this company rubs against the limits of the absurd. When calling the helpline, talking to "advisors", we received a different answer from each of us. Complete lack of seriousness and professionalism. They lose documents, make a mistake in their testimonies, ask to be sent the same information several times. It's been a long time since I was so angry and frustrated when using the services of any company. I strongly advise against and recommend getting interested in ordering tours directly from the organizers. Their brokerage costs money, and they themselves should pay their customers to deal with them.
Tragedy!! Do not waste time talking with consultants. I tried to get along with representatives ofoliday.pl 5 times and nothing came of it. It was caused by their lack of knowledge, and what's better, my knowledge about trips was richer than a consultant. Finally, they also sit in front of computers on the same page and have identical information. Waste of time. The effect of all this was, of course, giving up holidays. Total incompetence, due to the situation with the crown virus, no refund possible, I do not want any Vouchers and other proposals imposed by the portal. Initially, 10% was to be deducted, it turned out that they deduct the entire 20% of the trip value, i.e. the entire advance. Incorrect direction information. And finally I will add that after submitting the resignation on 7/7/2020, today 10/07/2020 we received information about the change in flight hours. enada I use services for the first and last time, where I lose a whole PLN 1100 in advance and the contract is formulated so clearly that even a lawyer has the problem to decipher it. It's hard for reliable travel agencies and their offers nowadays so we thank you for the professional organization of our trip, it is worth recommending further, we will definitely come back here! :)
I thought about the travel agency for a long time but at the moment after a successful holiday I am glad that I used the services of this company. After booking and payment, there were no problems, good contact, nothing surprised me. Customer approach really admirable.
Unfortunately, complaints are a mockery. 1) After the trip, we complained that the transport to and from the hotel lasted longer than the two days enclosed in the regulations. We did not receive any response, so after 2 weeks I wrote an e-mail and called the hotline. The complaints department was urged and the next week I received a reply that they would not deal with it because it was a matter for the tour operator, not theirs. At the moment, I had 1 business day to send a letter to the organizer by post. 2) After the trip we also complained that the more expensive room we paid for is actually a standard room sold by the hotel at the same price as the basic one. The case was accepted. We received a return email. After 2 weeks, I was confirmed by phone that the matter was interested in the portal and asked for clarification of the matter to the organizer. After the statutory 30 working days, e-mail and telephone reminders, I learned that in this case I was also supposed to speak the traditional way, because this does not apply to the direct portal of.pl.pl. Only it was too late. 3) I filed a complaint on the complaint process (as suggested by the helpline), but it was rejected because they do not feel guilty that they did not inform me beforehand that I should report the matter to the tour operator. Even in the case of the second case where I was explicitly misled that they explain the irregularities.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE !! Today I booked a vacation to Greece, I paid money (I was very interested in the last minute offer, because I wanted to leave) after two hours of confirming the payment, it turned out that the offer was out of date, so "travel agency" can return the money or transfer to another trip the problem in this that they did not have anything in the offer that met my financial requirements, so I found a great offer on another page, I wanted to book and find out that the money will be refunded within 7 days !!!!

On 1.08.17 I made a reservation of the trip. 10 minutes after receiving the e-mail, I made an advance payment to the account number indicated in the contract. In the e-mail with the participants' data, I clearly wrote that the transfer was made, which I did not receive a reply, therefore after a few days I decided to contact the service department. It turned out that my transfer went to the travel agent's account and was not noticed, therefore my booking was lost. The consultant said that the reservation can be made again but I have to pay an additional PLN 420, for this is now the hotel. I am embarrassed by the situation because I did everything right and it was not my fault, that Wakacje.pl gave the opportunity to pay an advance to two accounts to choose from. It wasn't me who caused the system and the lack of communication with the travel agency! I reported the matter to the complaint department and of course it was not approved. Were it not for the fact that I called a few days after making the reservation to ask if everything was ok because I did not receive a reply to my e-mail with the information that the transfer had gone, I would be convinced that on 1/10 I am going on a booked holiday. Nightmarish customer treatment! I do not recommend!
You can feel a bit disappointed with the quality of the broker's service. They promise, for example, that they will confirm the final departure time 2 days before, and they do not do it at all, neither holiday.pl nor the organizer. After the trip there is neither an invitation nor an independent opportunity to issue an opinion (trip evaluation). And this promise of a certain holiday is probably squeezing everybody forcibly whether he wants to or not (whether it marks or not). Perhaps it is better to plan trips directly at the organizer, because I do not see measurable benefits to use their mediation.
I was looking for a trip as a gift for a girlfriend. The lady in the office was very helpful, she helped choose the best offer at an attractive price :) We are going soon - a very happy girl. I recommend :)
I strongly advise against any reservations made by Wakacje.pl. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and "olewczego" approach to the client.
I have booked a trip today. I paid a large advance. I received an email "Confirmation of establishing a fixed reservation". A moment later I am contacted by a lady from the site informing me that there is a mistake on the site and the trip price will be twice as high. It did not occur to her to apologize for the situation (well, why?). She only emphasized that it was the fault of @PrimaHoliday and I can pay double the amount or get a refund.
I asked for a refund asking if they would be sent back immediately. I found out that the company has 7 days to pay, but I have to contact some department and ask for it ... so it's best that I follow the boring job for this lady :)
In summary, I would recommend Wakacje.pl if you are interested in: - purchase of unverified offers - lack of empathy and attempts to help (apparently untrained personnel) - loss of money for at least 7 days - the need to work for customer service ...
I went on vacation for the second time with the help of this office. I am very pleased, everything is always in accordance with the contract, everything on time and the service itself is so nice that you want to come :) see you!

The bureau collapsed on all four times, and quite seriously, during the purchase of holidays. 1. An e-mail requesting immediate data from the documents needed for travel, where they have not previously asked for this information via e-mail. 2. The payment was made to the account number provided by the service (direct to the travel agency), and after 10 days again the request by e-mail to transfer the same amount. On my phone, with the explanation that I already poured, it was answered that wakacje.pl does not see this in the system !!! 3. The day before departure I was still without the documents necessary to travel, because the service did not send them. 4. And the best at the end .. After returning from vacation, picking up the car from the parking lot, it turned out that the holidays en, with which I bought a parking service - did NOT pass the money to the owner of the parking lot, only the entire sum transferred to the travel agency, where I had an overpayment in the amount allocated to the car park. It has already shed the cup of bitterness, because this is the last thing that a man dreams after traveling, without money tired and do not want to let out of the parking lot, because he has no payment. I was very disappointed with this service, it cost me a lot of nerves, total lack of professionalism, chaos, bad information system, make mistakes at every step. It's scary to think what would happen if I bought a tourist policy with them, and not to transfer my money to the insurance company for it. If something happened to my family during the trip, and the policy was inactive due to lack of payment? I advise against this service, skip it with a wide arch, buy trips directly from the organizer, also a policy and parking, because the company does not comply with it, and issues a document that the parking paid. It turns out that there have already been plenty of such situations.
As a gratitude, I give 5 stars opinions and in my case I could use even 6. In short, they behaved for a medal in a crisis situation for me. They compensated for the trip, which was wasted by an incompetent agent. Human approach and friendly service. Wakacje.pl is a safe choice in one word. recommend
