Superb fresh and healthy products. I tested the antioxidant and protein juices for the morning, the fig salad and dehydrated snacks for healthy snacking (sesame watermelon and coconut bacon). Very very good products and to redo!

The porridge is really bad, the recipe stays the same for 5 days ... while the recipes are supposed to vary. No service behind and expensive for what they offer.
I chose a cure for a day, to start gently. I did not expect such benefits in such a short time. It is like a reset of the counters to zero. All that with really delicious and original juices. A real boost of energy and serenity. Thank you !

If I read about the bottles, it seems that the juices keep longer than all the other brands that I tried, and without HPP, if that's the case I wonder by what process, where their competitors offer juices that last 3 days.

Impeccable. Cure of 3 days to leave on a good bases. I am sporty and allowed me too often completely useless food. I hope I have changed this awareness in the long run. The + for those interested: significant weight loss, very beautiful skin from the second day. I held while I spent every day with the children and prepare meals .. ;-) So hunger remains moderate and non-existent the first day then we are happy to drink any juice.

I tried Juice Lab, then Wild and the moon and now nubio workshop.
I think that right now they make the best juices qualitatively and tastefully. I hope they will not fall victim to their success as the first 2 cited above whose juice quality has dramatically decreased but not the price.

I tested the essential detox cure for 3 days.
To sum up, I would say that unfortunately the flavors of the juices and soups did not generally please me, it was very difficult to drink some of them and I almost never finished them (start my day with a juice). base of chard, zucchini, spinach was quite complicated). I expected more exclusively fruity juices, especially at breakfast.
On the other hand, I usually have a pretty good appetite and the juices and soups had a real appetite suppressant on me, so I never had any cravings and hunger management was much easier. than I imagined as I continued to manage meals for my children.
Apart from a big tiredness the first evening, the results are rather positive on the tone, the feeling of well being and the complexion: super glow at the end of the treatment.
And of course, it is not negligible, a weight loss of 2kg in 3 days and a smooth resumption of the diet: no feeling of revenge, we want to stay healthy. So I'm in a good mood to lose the few remaining pounds and that was the goal.
However, I really didn't like the recipes, too much "green", I'm not sure I'll start over.
