Unfortunately, when checking in at the airport, it turned out that we are not on the flying list! The telephones given in the contract and on the holiday.pl website and the offices were inactive. We returned home. A complex reclamation considered negatively, Lato.pl claim that they are not responsible for anything, they are only an intermediary, and we do not really know who is at fault. I advise against them, they do not take any responsibility, I used their services for the first and last time. It is better to choose the offer yourself directly from the travel agency, at least you will later know who to address any comments to.
