Hotel is magnificent with great view of the city. Service is fantastic and staffs are helpful. The breakfast is pretty good. The hotel is connected to a department store where City Hall MRT is. The only downside is you have to get two seperate lifts to go down to the lobby area.
The location, bed and rooms are superb in Taipei. However, the front desk staffs on the check in counters are rude and not helpful. Have been this way for a while and I prefer Le Meridian or the older Sheraton for service.
