The customer service was terrible. I walked in and say hello and the staff member just ignored me and was just rude. I felt like that disliked and did not want me in the shop. The only reason it gets 2 stars it's because the food was of good quality and really tasty so I do recommend going there. But customer service I experienced does not make me feel to go there ever again

I really like this place so much, bagels with Falafel and Homous are my favourite.
Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to come, with the delivery times changing all the time. When the food came it was "okay" quite small but not worth the money or wait, also very greasy.
Great bfast melt. Good value anf coffe hot but drinkable. Pleasant, attentive, snd cspabke staff. Good job!
Used to be amazing but soooo slow, fridge doesn t work so all drinks warm, and seats really dirty. Needs a refresh
Lovely lady working here but hands down the worst tuna mayo I've ever eaten. It was runny slop I was so hungry that I ended up squeezing most of it out and just eating the bagel
Was clean and good ver nice. Menu wasn't ver specific but the staff helped us out. Staff were also friendly towards one another and helped each other out with a big order. We sat out side to eat and although the tables were slightly wobbly it was sorted out. Food was very good and tasted nice but wasn't very filling. Over all however the place was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back
Only 1 member of staff at 10.30am on a Saturday. Poor guy. Hence very, very slow service. Coffee not great either

I love a breakfast bagel.. meal deal tad too pricey for lunch. I find the bagels at time are toasted too lightly so have to ask for it more toasted other wise they seem pointless toasting each branch differs with this
Regular staff make the experience speedy and you order spot on new staff it's hit and miss with how my order gets presented

Giving a two star review, would be a one star but purely because the food was not bad I'm giving two. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL. Served by this guy who was so rude from the minute he served, he just did not want to be there. Made me wish I didn't even order from there. Honestly if staff can't serve politely then they are getting a bad review

Yes, I had breakfast, and it was very beautiful and delicious. It was falafel, it was delicious, but it needed a little salt, but it is a beautiful place and you can sit down and have drinks as well
