Style, location, obvious and subtle touches that delight. Western breakfast could be a little better, (waffles/pancakes could be fresher) but not enough to override the execution on the other fronts. Quite the celebration location, so be prepared for noise coming from the common areas during party hours. My room faced the pool and I definitely used the included white noise generator a night or two. Staff was fantastic.

Participate in the exchange meeting. The space layout is wide and convenient for communication.

Unfortunately, during my stay I fell ill and a lettuce started to sprout from my ear. The hotel staff were very helpful and called for a doctor but all he did was put a dressing on it.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Place was clean and staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Very nice location, and my family and I will definitely return to this property.

The hardware is normal and the parking lot is a bit dirty. The Kitchen Table buffet has a low C/P value, and some of the cold dishes are worse than those bought at the vegetable market. The napkins of Ziyan Chinese Restaurant have the smell of rags similar to rags, and the red wine cups can also see fingerprints.

Used for traveling with my wife while stationed in Taiwan. The price will go up a little, but I booked a room with a view of Taipei 101. A hotel of quality that is not different from rumors. On point. W-onderful location;) close to shopping, bars and restaurant + connected to a mall. Concierge is efficient and resourceful. Responsed to my requests for arranging tennis lessons very efficiently and also very good at making reservations at local spots. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Comfy beds too. Woo bar is also a nice amenity to have and service is attentive! Definitely on my recommended lists of places to stay.

While all other staff in the business center are super pleasant, Garry is exceptionally rude, disturbed my meeting for no reason and has a really bad attitude.

There is no accommodation. I have buffet for lunch on weekdays. There are not many overall choices but the seafood is fresh and delicious. The swimming pool is just outside the buffet, which looks beautiful.

True 5 star hotel. Stayed in the top floor's fabulous room facing East, can see Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and overlook Grand Hotel when in good weather. Bath and shower is perfect. Comfortable bed and daybed. Good maintenance with no stains, sounds obvious and expected but I often find that in other hotel. Buffet breakfast is truly good but not exceptional. Well, the ice cream offered in breakfast is a plus. In short, worth more than the price. Join the membership to get free Wi-Fi, no harm although free in room should be a standard provizo in 2017, but business is business, so OK.
