My previous vehicle was totaled by a falling tree and was an incredibly stressful situation. Trying to find the vehicle I wanted to replace it with became just as stressful until I began working with Paul Przybylek at imperial ford. Out of all the other dealerships I contacted not one sales rep went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Yet Paul located the vehicle and had it within a day, getting me in the driver seat the next evening. I'll be certain to go back again for my next car and will look forward to the same great service I received this time around.
They have some pretty shady sales practices here. Make sure you inspect your new vehicle. They delivered mine with a huge scuff on the front bumper and scratched headlight.
This was the 3rd dealership my wife and I checked out. This was the first dealership that seemed interested in making a deal. Tom D'Andrea was our sales representative. Tom made what can be a stressful experience exceptionally pleasant. Tom was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. He listened, he was not pushy, he seemed like he truly wanted to help us get the vehicle we wanted. The overall Imperial Experience was 5 stars. We are already talking about coming back when my wife is in need of a new vehicle.
Where to start ?? I went to three or four different dealerships to look for a specific car. I ended up here which is an hour and a half from where I live. Very BIG selection!! Buying a car isn t exactly considered to be a pleasant experience or something people really look forward to. As to be expected I was weary and dreading having to go deal with buying a car. Called around to have a tail light replaced on a company van .Every dealership wanted to schedule me weeks out and had to order the part. I called Imperial and Brittany Freeman set me an appointment for next day she said they had to order the part as well but would have it in time for the appointment. When I arrived Donny greeted and my van was taken in almost immediately. Originally they quoted me at least an hour of waiting. However they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. From the friendliness of the staff to the classy decor of the dealership everything was top notch. I highly recommend coming here for fair and fast service. Thanks guys!!!

I love my salesman Ali but I really strongly dislike service dept.they have kept me waiting twice now when my car was completely finished..if I hadn't gone up to the desk to inquire I would still be sitting there..this morning they told me 2 hours fine I expected that..when 10:30 came I said well I'll just go check...two people with their backs to me talking away Soni said excuse me just wanted to check to see how much longer...oh it's ready papers are right here....are you kidding me ..again you do this to me...I won't even tell you how long they kept me last time
Dave Bertulli, I've been only going to Dave for almost 10 years now....he is amazing, in just the last 6 months, my wife got a new Trax, my uncle got a Focus and just this past Saturday I went to see Dave again (it was time for something bigger than a Spark)...I'm now the proud owner of a '17 Fusion Sport Sedan...I can't recommend Dave Bertulli enough...I wouldn't go to see anyone else.....

We just bought a Dodge Durango - couldn't get in to see the Finance Manager at Imperial Dodge because of the wait time so we actually lucked out and were walked over to the Imperial Ford building to work with Kim. In a word - Kim is PHENOMENAL at her job! Just a straight up PRO! She works in a man's world - but (and no offense guys) - she really could run the place (wink, wink)!! I also know that she could have probably worked on "upselling" us every available protection and warranty - the woman could sell ice cubes to an Eskimo - but she was so completely straight forward and open about it. She also spent time telling us about the philanthropic mission of the owner and what Imperial stands for and contributes to the community and why she loves to work for Imperial. You don't hear that every day from employees. That's impressive! She is going to China next April for her birthday - and I want to hear that she actually made it on that trip! Thanks, Kim!!

The salesman is a good guy but the finance guy is a scammer and if I didn't question his bottom line there was over 2000 in add ons that u wouldn't even need when I questioned him he ushered it off with a chuckle and took them off like he was doing me a favor I guess buyer beware and always read your contracts
I had to have my Ford serviced at Imperial due to a recall on the airbag inflator. Justin, the service expediter, is a great communicator, and kept me up to date with their progress. The service didn't take very long, but when I got the car back, there was a truly foul odor in the car and the interior side of the windshield was covered with an oily film. I detailed the interior for 2 hours, and left the windows open overnight in the garage, but the odor still lingers. The inside of the windshield was a bear to clean. Good expediter, but lousy follow-through on the service. Hope I never have to go back.
Bought my 2015 Ford Explorer from Mike Peters and I could not be happier! From the moment we walked in, there was no pressure to buy like you find in other dealerships. He was truly interested in finding me something I would love and the nicest guy! I brought my car in for service and he was still involved through the whole process making sure everything went smoothly. We'll be looking to buy a truck soon and I will go right to Mike, no questions asked!!
I tell everyone I can to not even go near this place. After just wanting to browse, they offered to look at our car to see what they'd offer for trade-in. Then tried to force us into buying a new car right then and there because our old car was now "theirs" because they took it around back and refused to release it to us.. before we even signed anything!! When we threatened to call the police on them for holding our property, the entire staff was in shock and disbelief and said they do this all the time and no ones ever complained. What a horrible strategy and I can't believe they claim that that's how they do business!!
A few months ago I stopped into Imperial Ford to take a look at both the Focus and Fiesta ST. I had a few months to go on my lease and was just in the beginning stage of shopping. I was introduced to Justin Surtel. Justin was fantastic. He was friendly, informative, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time even though we both knew I wasn't buying a car that night. Fast forward to Saturday, I was happy to return and work with Justin to finalize the purchase of my Fiesta ST. He pulled the exact car I wanted up, sent me on a quick drive while he got the paperwork all set. The paperwork was quick and easy! He told me it would be ready for me Tuesday or Wednesday due to the holiday weekend. By 4pm Tuesday afternoon Justin had texted me and told me my car was ready to go. I came in and everything was ready. The car was clean and gassed and looked great. I would highly recommend Imperial Ford and Justin to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. 5 stars!
Imperial Ford to me can considered the lemon tree of dealerships. I bought brand new 2016 F-150 and now that it has 3,000 miles it has so many mechanical issues that I'm speaking to a attorney because the truck is a lemon. It's been in service all month and they've basically replaced all the drivetrain parts on the truck and it's still no good. I've contacted the dealership offering a trade that would actually make them a profit they told me that they are taking to much of a loss. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost
I've been thinking about getting a new car for an year now, but only got serious about it in the past month or so.
After researching online and in a few local dealerships, I came across Imperial Ford on CarFax, with a really good deal on a Ford Escape Titanium I was interested on. I then added my e-mail to the car listing and was contacted by e-mail later on the same day by Jim.
A week later, I decided to call them to schedule an appointment to test drive the same car. A few minutes later, my assigned sales agent, Morgan, send texts with the information about the car to include a video detailing all its features.
During my appointment I was welcomed by Thomas, who walked me to Morgan. On the test drive, she was very honest and upfront about her sale approach and never forced me to take any decisions without knowing the whole picture. She took her time to explain the whole process, and how she would handle all the paperwork to make this whole process as smooth as I possible.
I also met Lou Carvalho and David Kerr, who went above and beyond to not only make my visit a great one, but were extremely patient on explaining every detail and transparent in every step of the way. And for gifting my boyfriend and I a gift certificate for the diner across the street!
I'd highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. If you're looking for a welcoming place, friendly employees who don't push a sale on you, and a great deal, this is the place!
Chris Whitner at Imperial Ford was an absolute huge help for me fixing the Ford Sync system on my vehicle. After spending much time on the phone with the Customer Service hotline for the Ford Sync, I brought it to Chris who easily fixed the problem. I am the type of person who needs to have the Sync system working well for my phone and blue tooth audio. As I was told by the service department, Chris is the "go to" guy related to technology and electronics of vehicles. Totally appreciate him doing great work to get this problem figured out. I just purchased my 4th car from Imperial, and it's always a pleasure. Great selection of cars, and my salesperson was very knowledgeable of both the vehicles and the inventory. Great to be able to do shopping for multiple brands in one place. The service department is always easy to work with, and the waiting area is comfortable, with the diner just a short walk away.

The service team almost seem determined to make the lives of the car or truck owners miserable. I'm certain that a simple task such as an oil change would take them all day. Then you would need to go back a couple of days later because they messed something else up. I've had a rental more than the actual truck I bought. Shame on you imperial ford.

I was even allowed to take the car for an overnight test drive before signing on that dotted line! Tom was also amazing, helping me with uninstalling/installing my kids' car seats in the sweltering heat (no small task!). I have been a Ford customer for 10 years. My wife and I have purchased 7 different brand new Fords over the past 10 years at a different Ford dealer in the area. I was looking for a specific car and noticed that Imperial Ford had the car I wanted so I told my wife let's go down there and look at it (no intention to purchase) We pulled up and was introduced to Pedro Alvarez and told him what car I wanted to look at. He immediately pulled the car into the garage so my wife and I could look at it (we have a 20 week old baby) and it was cold that day. Pedro gave me a great quote I couldn't refuse. He valued my trade and I liked the quote he gave me. I then told him I needed to trade in another car to. He drove me to my house and we picked up my other car I was trading in. We went over the numbers and my wife and I agreed to the deal. We signed papers and I was driving my brand new car that night. This whole process took less than 3 hours. In all my years buying and trading cars this was by far the best experience we have ever had.We even got a voucher for a free dinner. We had a great experience purchasing a car from Imperial Ford for my son. Everyone was extremely helpful when I called about a used Ford Focus that was advertised. I wanted to come in the following morning as soon as the dealership opened and the gentleman I spoke with gave me his number so he could locate a salesman for me just as soon as I arrived. Nice dealership but my car (2012 Ford Fiesta) was knowingly given to me with transmission troubles. I would not have bought this clunker if they had given me a warning that the car has a tendency to continue accelerating even after you begin to hit the brakes. Now they tell me excuses and more to keep me from bringing my car in to get fixed. No care whatsoever of my safety. Let's see if it takes another 7 months to get fixed. UPDATE: the problem still persists and there is now a class action lawsuits against Ford for this car dealership still sucks though
Incredible job Ford Imperial in Mendon, MA. But MOST importantly, the biggest praise goes to Mike Potenza. Truly a pleasure to work with. My husband and I had a few vehicles that we were interested in. Not once did we feel rushed. For each vehicle Mike would bring it around for us to look at, he would go over each vehicle in detail, have a print out of each so we could see the differences side by side while again not feeling rushed or pressured. We finally made a choice on which we wanted to purchase and firmly believe it was due to his knowledge and genuineness to make sure we were completely satisfied. I cannot praise him enough. We are thrilled with our new truck but equally as much with the experience we had working with Mike. We thank you kindly and hope to have the same experience with you again in the future.
My husband and I were looking to get an SUV. We had researched online and found so many at so many different dealerships. He had a coworker who suggested Imperial, which we had sent an email to already for a price watch. We decided to give them a try. Our salesman, Ahmad Alsabagh, was most courteous. We explained that we were interested in a specific 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. He arranged for a test drive, we decided to see what could be worked out with the finance end of it. He introduced us to Mike and he worked a deal that was agreeable with us. Wallah! Bought a new vehicle. We needed to transfer insurance and stuff, so we arranged to pick the vehicle up at 5PM. Then we arranged to bring it back on Friday for the detailing and to get the inspection sticker and the new registration. On that day we would receive a rental at NO COST and a voucher to eat at the Miss Mendon Diner (The Lobster Roll was AWESOME!) . Ahmad made sure we knew how to operate all the"little extras" in the car, taking the time to show us and explain them,. He even set the phone up on blue tooth for me! Our entire experience was wonderful. No pressure, no fast talk. Just pure honesty. That's what we liked the most. Would definitely recommend the dealership!
So first off I want to say that I am an Automotive Service Manager at a local established business. We pride ourselves on customer service and exceeding the customers expectations whenever possible. This is typically harder than it sounds with auto repair because no matter how easy it seems it should be, there are a million ways something can go wrong with the process creating a less than stellar experience for the client and staff. With that being said, I reached out to Brittany at Imperial Ford in Mendon and I was blown away with her enthusiasm and customer service. She went out of her way to assist me on a personal friends vehicle that was at our shop and we realized was covered under a recall campaign. Not only did she get me an appointment within 30 minutes, she got the job done 3 hours ahead of schedule the following day, and additionally kept me informed throughout the process. I know this is not an easy feet as I personally tend to struggle with this aspect of the job given the fact that there is a tremendous workload involved with doing the job. May I add that this was all for a Ford recall, a job that doesn t pay the dealership as well as regular maintenance work, and they typically have to wait to be reimbursed from the warranty administrator! All I have to say is if I could give her 6 stars I would, and I wanted to make sure she gets recognized for her efforts! Thanks again to the team at Imperial Ford for a stellar job!

I have several gripes about their service department over the years. But in short, I bought my vehicle from them. The last straw is when, a little over a week before I started a new job, I was getting a check engine light for a cylinder misfire. I let them know the urgency of this and they wouldn't even fit a diagnostic test in...I would have to drive an hour and a half both ways to work for a week, bucking all the way, before they would even do a diagnosis.
Every other maintenance department I have dealt with...if I bought the vehicle from them and/or was a regular customer, they would fit me in, especially if it was an urgent situation. But now, i just got the 'get to the back of the line' without even trying to fit me in.
Called Prime Ford in Auburn, they fit me in the next day and fixed the problem (apparently Fords don't take too kindly to aftermarket ignition coils).
Had a great experience with Ahmad at Imperial Ford. Was able to work a deal with him and manager Lou that left all parties happy. Great friendly service to boot.
This morning I picked up my new F250. Salesman was Ali, was great. His knowledge of all the features was top notch. He knew everything about it and was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Got me the price I wanted and took me for a tour to show me the maintenance department. Very nice guy. Would recommend him or Imperial Ford to anyone. He gets 5 out of 5 stars from me. One month after I bought my truck, part of a heat shield just fell out from the bottom. Yes it was used but apparently some clamps had just been missing. Make sure you check their work.
Always a good experience. Mike and team are patient and answer all of my many questions. Kim, Joe, and Dave are a pleasure to work with. Bob Fink and Dean Childs always say hi and have a new joke to share. One of my favorite places to visit when I'm in the area. The environment is so nice and the team so welcoming I've been known to walk over for no reason at all.

From start to finish this was the best truck purchase I've ever had. I had been thinking of getting a new plow truck for about three years but every time I'd look into it with my local dealers I could never get the deal that sealed the purchase. This changed when someone recommended I contact Imperial Ford. I had already went back and forth a couple times with my local dealers so I knew what they were offering. At Imperial I talked to the internet sales manager, the sales managers and worked with Tony Del Prete and they put me in my dream truck for a much better deal than I was getting anywhere else. They even got me a much better price on the plow I wanted and had it installed before delivery. BTW, I talked to their plow installer too and he was also top notch! Top quality sales team and all around great experience. They are well worth going to and I would highly recommend!!!
I purchased a new Ford Explorer in 2013 and about 6-8 months ago the paint started peeling off the hood. After a long process, Ford was unwilling to help as I was out of warranty. The net is I ended up replacing the vehicle with a new Explorer (sooner than I wanted) and the dealership put together a fairly good deal to help with my situation.
I went to Imperial Ford to find my first "adult" car as a soon to be college graduate. We worked with Dean Childs and he was determined to help me find the car that I not only loved but was also practical for my future working career. Everyone I worked with from sales to finance and even the mechanics went above and beyond to make my experience amazing!
I live out of town 1 1/2 hour drive , I went in And spoke with Sales Mgr he said You Should have made appointment! I said I called ahead of time they said just to come in ! He ask me to wait I did , then he said sorry everybody busy . I said I drove over an hour to get here ! He Said I ll go get it myself, wait here , then he comes back and said I can t find the keys and I have no idea where it is ! I said do you no approximate so at least I can look at it ? He said if I can t find the keys I can t find the car ! Then I left ! I won t be back and I will tell all my friends In Rhode Island how I was treated by the Boss !

Usually a good experience but this service guy was a slug. Always get the value oil change last 4 years. This guy does the std doesn't even ask if I want to upgrade.ps. dont give these folks a bad review they black list ya.
I recently purchased a 2020 f150 from imperial ford. The buying process even through COVID was easy. My sales woman Linda glassey was nothing but professional and knew her produce very well. Mike dimella the sales manager made it super easy with the pricing on both of my trades. Bob P. The finance manager made it very easy to finance the car with them. The interest rates were good and the warranties were priced aggressively making it a no brainer to purchase and have the sense of security with my investment. The inventory imperial has is better than dealerships closer to me. Making it easy to find my awesome new ride. I have no complaints with this dealership. They gave me even better service being a veteran. I will highly recommend working with these folks. If you ever need a new or Preowned ford or any car for that I m sure they have exact what your looking for. They have 5 different brands to chose from.
Some people in the service area are great, others talk to you like your stupid...getting things fixed right and trying to charge you a service charge for something that is Ford's fault...took back 3-4 times for the same problem
Can't beat the service department at Imperial Ford. Don my service advisor and Justin the service manager are top notch! Always attentive to my needs and get things done in a very timely manner!
i purchased my most recent car through imperial ford, Dean was my salesmen and he was great to work with, a very easy going man who goes above and beyond to get you into the vehicle you want, no hassle no shady salesmen tactics. the whole imperial family made me feel very welcome and never pressured. Dave was the financial adviser i worked with for this transaction and i can say, he is absolutely amazing! as long as he is there, i will be a returning customer. that man spent hours finding me the right bank for what i wanted. he was very straight forward with me, he made sure i was aware of absolutely everything i would be paying for and made sure to do his best to save me as much money as possible. amazing customer service.

About 5 years ago my husband and I went to Imperial Chevy where we didn't have a great experience and ended up not purchasing a vehicle. We decided that we wanted to give Imperial another chance and boy are we glad we did. The experience that we had was wonderful, easy, and relaxing. This was all due to Ali K. and the service that he provided us with. He answered all of our questions honestly, and went out of his way to help with the requests that we had. We left Imperial feeling that we made the right choice of vehicle and dealership. At no point did Ali try to pressure us into a vehicles that we didn't want or a vehicle that was out of our budget. Writing this review about my experience with the Service Department; brought in my vehicle that I had just purchased with ~35k miles on the vehicle. Ford bumper-to-bumper warranty expiring at 36k miles. Donny and Chris (technician) were a huge help in figuring out a tricky electrical issues. Ford s SOP for diagnosing electrical issues covered under warranty doesn t make this easy on the Service Departments as they have to replace one component at a time to minimize cost to Ford. After roughly 6 visits, Chris was able to find and fix the ongoing issue. Thanks to Chris and Donny for the patience of working through the problem and getting the vehicle fixed for me, all while having a great attitude.

I just purchased my new ranger from imperial ford. Everyone from my salesman Paul Conti to the sales manager Bob and finance manager Joe went above and beyond all my expectations and made the car buying experience actually enjoyable.

Edit: I live in Connecticut and I was under the impression that my vehicle was going to be delivered to me today as the registration etc would be done etc today. I work 12 hour overnight shifts and worked last night and have to be back to work tonight and I was told I'd be getting a call from the runner so I kept the volume up on my phone anticipating the phone call i never got which lead to me not getting hardly any sleep today as well as not getting my truck only to receive a phone call at about 3pm saying the registration etc would be done tomorrow and I'd be getting my truck tomorrow. Everything was fantastic up until this point where the ball was dropped hence the change from 5 to 3 stars.
Two thumbs up! Pedro went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the Explorer I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was never pushy. His follow up and communication were top notch throughout the process, a true professional. I highly recommend Pedro at Imperial Ford to anyone looking to make a car purchase.
