W Hong Kong is nice but not as good as other W hotels around the world. The reason being is that the rooms are a lot smaller and there is no service upgrade for any SPG members.

W lounge is pretty good place to hang if you don t mind the noise. If you come here during morning hours, it s a lot quieter.

Generally you always want to request a room with harbour view.

We had an incredible stay here for a 3 day birthday staycation. The room was clean, spacious and excellent. The facilities were great as was the location. The real tipping point was the attention to detail of the staff who really.looked after us and paid attention to the small details. We're very grateful.

My best dear friend birthday. Staycation for her celebrate . Booked hotel and buffet , hotel staffs were very warm to allow me making decoration early a bit.
The Fabulous view had token many pics and looked at this stunningly such as long time.
Their online and offline services were both petty well for instance they responded quickly and politely.
The gym tended to small but there were enough space to work out.
The pool and bar were on the roof of the building, guests can walk near by the pool without took their shoes. In the situation , I think it is not perfectly in hygiene. I would suggest put its at reception.
The nite buffet were quite ok, if the lobsters can heat with cheese ,the oysters serve by waiters in fresh more (I ate 2-3 pieces then not ok ,the last one I spit out) would be better.
They free to take about Fish Maw in Abalone, variety dishes of Scallops from Hokkaido, double-stewed soup were amazing.
The fresh and a lot of types of Rich Breakfast we had eaten such as Hong Kong dim sum Shrimp Dumplings and Siu Mai were a must eat .other like western bread Croissant with pineapple bun
Banana bread Pineapple Crisp were also good .

Room smelled like chemicals the entire time from cleaning materials, I could barely breath . TV system was not working properly most of the time and they had to send a tech. They kept sending people into my room without my permission. Pool on the roof had gale force winds most of the stay, its not the hotels fault but the weather was not that bad. Now the worst part of it all was the CC processing at the end of the stay and it was one of the most sketchy processes I have ever seen. First, they have a freaking app on the phone that allows you to check in and out of the room, you would think that they would be able to digitally pay for your hotel. So they hand me this little machine from the 1980s with the finest print that says how would you like to pay "USD or HKD" and it says you will be charged a 5% fee for USD even lower. So I hit the bottom button thinking oh this is for HKD (free conversion with credit cards). When I look at my statement when I leave for it put me through for USD. 5% on a $900 dollar bill is hilarious especially when it is for no reason. The managers did reprocess my payment but seriously, this should not even be an option. Its borderline criminal.

Great service. Spent 1 week here. My 3rd time. Convenient and staff is really well trained. Some mainlanders here though...guess they everywhere now. They could use some etiquette training. Still rooms are spacious and bathrooms are well designed.

The location is quite good! Close to Kowloon Station and Yuanfang Shopping Center, the hotel facilities are quite comfortable. There are many choices for breakfast, and there are different choices every day. Even if you don't have a restaurant, you can enjoy it!

The hotel is great, this is my second stay at the W in Hong Kong. The layout of the lobby is great and the food is amazing. The room is very tidy and comfy. It's connected to the Element Mall which is also very unique and full of great breakfast cafes. The mall is full of great restaurants and good stores. The train station (MTR) is also in the mall so it's easy to transit to many places. The hotel gym at the W is very advanced (for the machines), and the free weights were not bad. There was a squat rack but it was a smith machine but that's the best you can get for a hotel gym. There was a punching bag which was pretty neat and a Wii that had the fitness game in it. The staff there was very helpful and the view from the gym was awesome.

It is the place that I tied in Hong Kong because of its compact structure, props and young sensibility. Access to the shopping mall was very good. We think that it is hotel which is matching with city of Hong Kong because it is decorated with fun and service in every corner. I also like Woo Bar in the hotel. Good!

Staying in the marvellous suite has a first-rate view, but the coffee machine in the room is broken and no replacement is required.
For in-room dining, Western food is better than Chinese food.
The swimming pool on the 76th floor has a nice chill, with a heated jacuzzi and a large heated pool. The brother who distributes towels is attentive and first-rate.
-_- The 6-foot-tall biracial front desk clerk was too rude during checkout. I used more food & b credit. I saw that there was no charge. I was worried that he charged the wrong money. After asking several times, he actually answered that the leftover cannot be refunded. . When I saw that I was rude, I responded to him. I'm really leaving. You charge less, don't call me again.

The elevator lobby is completely different from the standard hotel class with sea view in Kowloon (feeling like a three-star hotel in Mong Kok), but the landscape in the banquet hall and bar area is completely different.

A luxurious boutique modern hotel with the best bars and restaurants & exceptionally comfortable, classy and elegant, one could enjoy some of the best experiences in Hong Kong. The pool on the rooftop you could swim and see the brilliant night view from the top of the world.

The dining experience is also marvellous in the evening and it s a great place to see the beautiful sunset. Given the night view in Victoria Harbour is world renowned, the sunset is just best of all.

"Big shout out to Mr Simon Ng for always making sure I am well taken care of during my stay, even if it was just two days. Excellent Service! Thank you :)

"Loved every minute of it & the food was ahhh-mazing. I love The W, always will. The W Hong Kong specifically is one of my favourites!!

Worst hotel for business. Avoid at all costs. Staff was unprofessional and lacked service and management skills. My stay was a total nightmare and my meetings were affected. I didn't get the room I booked and they shrugged it off with a "deal with it, sir".

During these wild times, the W experience delivered.

It wasn't a smooth journey but the team at W hotel came through and made a birthday and baby 100 days celebration, a special and memorable event.

What a wonderful, happy staycation during these gloomy and unprecedented times.

Thank you to the W experience team and all those involved in making our time at W Hotel a wonderful one.

If you're looking for an easy layover in HK, the W is conveniently located directly above Kowloon train station which has airline check-in counters and express train (20mins). Amazing! The hotel rooms are modern and clean and customer service is what you expect from the W. Only draw back is you need to catch a taxi to get to most locations as the road/footpath infrastructure around the area is still in flux.

Very poor service, was presented the wrong check and when the mangers realised they did not inform us, but charged our credit cards the extra amount any way. When asked to see the manager it took half a hour and the the GM never made a appearance, but pulled one of our guest aside to tell them we where rude for asking to speak to him! Extremely poor service for a larg hotel! Very disappointed!!!

Definitely a 5 stars. I loved staying at this place where the staff is incredibly helpful and even offer early check in as soon as the room is available. The decor of W has a young vibe which may not gel with many looking for a peaceful stay. Nonetheless, the bed is comfortable, the rooms are huge, the pool is heated, what else can I ask for?

Near Elements shopping center which was nice to walk around and had several good food places. Convenient in that is near metro, less convenient in that it's not near the harbor and financial district. Things were also $$$, but to be expected of Hong Kong area and also a high end hotel like W.

It is directly connected to Kyuryu Station, there is a small shopping mall downstairs, and famous shops such as HERMES are also convenient.
Innovative hotel
Music from the entrance to the morning buffet restaurant is also up-tempo, and I was an image of a club a little while ago in Japan, but it may be better for young people. .
The service was disappointing because I felt a slight shortage of reception, but it seemed like I upgraded the room to a corner semi-suite, and it was in good condition, but I also got old, and the novel design is also good However, I also want to emphasize functionality as well.
There is a smartphone in the hotel room that you can carry when you go out.
The Chinese restaurant on the first floor was relatively reasonable and delicious.

Easily one of the best - if not the best - W around.
The location is excellent (right above Kowloon station, which means its a quit 25 minutes to the airport) with easy access to, well, everything.
Get a high room if you can, the view is amazing!
Oh, the gym is wicked - you get a gorgeous view over the harbor from the cardio machines
