Brilliant! Excellent service. Outstanding breakfast. Incredibly well-managed. Special shout out to Bennie and Jerry at breakfast. So sweet and skilled with the noodles and omelettes! Ryan Carol and Katie at check-in were excellent Both concierges that I spoke to were great I unfortunately did not get their name. Overall incredibly well managed by Peter Hildebrand. Yes it was so well-managed that I asked for the general managers name! We had a fantastic room with a spectacular view overlooking the water. Fabulous shower. The only issue was that there was a terrible smell in our room probably from the oil from all the boats. But they sent of an air purifier and some room Scent and a lovely note. It was well handled. Convenient location right next to elements shopping center where the airport train goes to. And they have a shuttle that will take you to the Star Ferry. Highly recommended. I would stay here again. This time it was with hubby on business. I would also recommend it for people are on holiday.#whongkong.

Great and grand hotel, modern design, less people, good service, connected a big mall and airport express. But the hotel lobby seems very small.

Great hotel, service was amazing. Super friendly, helpful and warm staff. They make you feel so comfortable, and you can't help but be yourself. One of the best service I have had so far.

Great location mall downstairs and very easy access to MTR (Hong Kong train services).
The buffet lunch was delicious, and well worth every penny.

Cool swimming pool (was told its the highest in HK) and great changing room with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

The view from the sky pool on the 76th floor is good and there is no complaint about service or room. Excellent access to the airport.

The breakfast is very rich and the hotel is located on the round floor.

Recently, there are well-known Korean male groups to stay, there are crazy fans to track to your hotel, and these three crazy fans bought the room card of one of the members of the hotel at a high price. Crazy fans are certainly wrong, but your company's employees are also exaggerated, indirectly helping someone to spy on the privacy of others. I hope that this incident will be resolved, and other people will continue to deal with the crazy fans. Thank you!

From the airport to Kowloon by Airport Express. Furthermore, you can check in without getting wet and feeling the heat directly by the building.

The rooftop poolside bar was staffed in Japanese and the service was very good.
It was fun inside the elevator. Location is also convenient.

Everything is great, like the big windows in the room.

We dropped in for a swim from the nearby Ritz Carlton (the pool there was closed and we had access). Amazing roof top infinity pool with views of the city. The change rooms are like a spa. Incredible service. I will stay next time!

We held an event here with a reception. Great attention to detail and wonderful food for the reception.

It is convenient by direct connection to Kowloon Station. There is a smartphone in the room, and you can also tether, so you may not need to rent a mobile wifi.

Be careful because the location of Googlemap is wrong! Actually it is located at Kowloon Station, next to the Elements It's not the latest, but it's like a club It's full of fashionable feel

Attended a late drag brunch here just last week. INCREDIBLE! Entertainment was amazing and the food (buffet) was exceptional. Freshest seafood and lots of variety.

First time in W hotel in Hong Kong. It is a good location. And I generally had a good quality in the rooms, facility, service. But all these are more at the level of a good 4 stars hotel more than a five star. Anyhow all was good, I did not have any trouble.

The first time I went to Hong Kong to live in W, the whole is very comfortable, and the bar's wine is carefully prepared for you. The room is very relaxing.

One of my absolute favourite hotels on Earth. Great room views, great gym, great breakfast. A true delight!

6/F Kitchen restaurant, good services and the foods in order.

Hard to find due to confusing design and misleading directional signs at the Elements mall. The hotel itself looks trendy and glamorous elevators but relatively small lobby. Nice grand view of the Victoria Harbour from the transparent elevator and most function rooms.

Best hotel ive stayed in yet. Staff are all very welcoming and go out of their way to help you with whatever it is you need. Would be hard to pick anywhere else in HK to stay. 5/5

Signage to this area not clear. The route to Element carpark is wrong.

It is clean and correspondence is good, but there are less amenities than we thought

Nice hotel in a good location. I have styed at the W Hong Kong several times. As a Marriott elite, getting upgrades here is very tough. The hotel is often full, so dont expect anythng more than a water view. The hotel has an android phone you can use around town completely free with all data etc. The reakfast buffet is very well done and worth it. If you are an elite you get free breakfast as an amentity. Wide assortement of food and often is can cover breakfast and lunch. The poeple that work at the hotel are very freindly and helpful to business people and tourists. They try very hard. I have told them this is the best W Hotel I have ever stayed. This hotel can be fairly pricey as it is considered a 5 star. Location is great at the IFC mall in Kowloon. Plenty fo places to eat and easy access to the subway. You do have to change trains and walk a bit to get into central Hong Kong.

Conveniently located for international guests flying in. Clean and comfortable.

Don t save money at guest convenience. One lift to 76f is always disabled because cheap management trying to save costs . Guests have to wait 5 mins for one lift .

W hotel which is part of the SPG chain of hotels and properties is well-known for its OTT, tongue-in-cheek, creative interior decor. It s no surprise that W Hong Kong was extremely aligned with such a signature attribute. The room is comfortable for sure and the check-in was pretty seamless. The staff was very professional in their service renderings. Special mention to Keith who checked us in upon arrival. His friendliness and warm hospitality sets the pace for a delightful experience at this W hotel for sure. Thank you Sammy Yick and Cathy for putting together little snippets of information discoverable via the mere act of scanning QR codes. It sure beats the conventional way of sharing information, as guests can slowly discover the wonderful amenities on offer at this splendid hotel at their own pace. A key feature would have to be the outdoor swimming pool at the top floor. It offers an exceptional view of the city skyline. The breakfast selection at the Kitchen was pretty comprehensive too, with Western and Asian delights. The Woobar is a wonderful place to chill the night away with a drink or two and Mimi ensures that all guests are well looked after. A little flaw could be the presence of smoke smell in the confines of our room and that could be largely attributed to the centralised ventilation system which caused smoke to drift into other guest rooms. This however was mitigated with the provision of 2 ionizers or air purifiers by the room stylists. That was definitely appreciated. :)

Great hotel for buffet and the Chinese restaurant is also pretty good. Nice pool they have there and also got pool side bar during summer time.

This year, the wifi of a hotel makes it very cool for the guests to use, it is very good to brush, unfortunately, this is not. Wifi is not free, it doesn't matter, I still have 30 yuan after the cap is no longer charged mobile roaming signal support

excellent services as promoted by w hotel to "wow" you.. the hotel is always full, very stylish , and very comfortable bed.

If you're looking for an easy layover in HK, the W is conveniently located directly above Kowloon train station which has airline check-in counters and express train (20mins). Amazing! The hotel rooms are modern and clean and customer service is what you expect from the W. Only draw back is you need to catch a taxi to get to most locations as the road/footpath infrastructure around the area is still in flux.

The Restaurant is very good and offers a various buffet and a la carte service. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice and clean.
