Really good hotel with high quality and good service also a good alternative compared to ritz carlton for highend guests. Also really nice with elements shopping mall under the Hotel

With the upside down year of 2020, I picked W HK as a staycation location with my kids. Among all the hotels in HK, the reasons I chose here are:
- outdoor roof top pool
- funky fun hotel and kids friendly
- ease of arrangement
- location
- beautiful hotel

I have special requests for my stay and the staff are proactive working to address to my needs, they made sure the reply is sent within 24 hours. When it was close to check in day as there seems to be a confusion, they called to reconfirm to ensure I will not be disappointed when I check in.

When I check in, greeted by tons of smiling eyes (everyone is masked up...). They made sure my requests are done within my expectations.

Before Covid, I have always been a jetsetter, now I see where I should be concentrating my loyalty program in the future.

The room is large, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is delicious, and the bathroom shower room is prone to water accumulation.

In addition to seafood, the 6th floor buffet is a little worse. You can add more types and the service is good.

Buffet on the 6th floor, good food, I have dinner buffet on the 26th/Sunday, 6/point to 10/= point per person: 728/, 75/fold, service, facilities are good, 2018/2019/room I am The third patronage.

This is a clean, fun and well-run establishment. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

In the epidemic situation, all the buffet food is distributed to the guests one by one by the staff. The environment is almost good, and the food is above the average

Nice rooftop pool, and midlevel bar. Once the music cranks up the bar has its moments

A very beautiful and stylish hotel directly connected to Kowloon Station.
The people at the front desk are friendly and the hospitality is excellent.
It's a good place to taste something of an upper class feeling.

It's easy to go shopping and there are plenty of high-end boutiques, so it's a good eye-care

You can check in to the airport at Kowloon Station, so the location is very good!

Lovely hotel, modern and helpful staff. Stayed here for a staycation and was amazed at the beautiful skyline! Visit the spa too! Bliss is surely a place for relaxation! Kitchen and SingYin both serve amazing meals, and woobar is a cool place to have drinks (or savour their tea set!)

Excellent location, new decoration and good service attitude

A youthful hotel with a modern art atmosphere. As gym and pool are comfortable and attached shower and sauna, hot bath are the best, we use when we arrive early in the morning

Design Hotel, gorgeous breakfast, beautiful room with a view

Just visited the W for a quick break during the day and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly! Also they have free two hour WiFi for those who aren't staying the night, which was very welcome.

Beautiful sea view, comfortable room and convenient transportation

I received a modern tea ceremony. Although I can not expect a view, the correspondence of the staff also responds well to the request carefully. It is recommended for those who want to spend lunch time slowly ...

Disappointed staycation experience. Super crowded restaurants and need to wait an hour for breakfast!

Buffett lunch, cold seafood was quite bland, but hot ones n deserts were excellent, very attentive service with a smile

We went in thinking that it would be great. We went it at 6:00 and came out at 8:00. The service was very slow. It took along time to get the food and we did not get our drinks until after we ate. They food in the end was okay.

Very nice W Hotel in a good location if you need to be on the Kowloon side. Easy access to the MTR and plenty of shopping downstairs.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are large, well appointed, clean and quiet. We walked in without a booking and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Hotel is above a large shopping centre complete with cafes, bars and restaurants. Not much you can't get close by.

Worst 5 star experience in Hong Kong. Not worth the money. Coming back after years just confirms it again...

This is a key development place in West Kowloon. Various transportation facilities and supporting facilities are underway. In the near future, it will definitely be completely new.

Worst hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong. Poor attitude/service. Fan in room had a bad bearing so would wobble and make noise, lighting in room is set by automation which was neat but the sleeping level had 2 down facing LED lights that could not be turned off. Solution was waiting 20 minutes for staff to arrive and tape paper over the lights.

Very high class, spacious and comfortable, the bed is very soft

Fantastic staff. So helpful. Hotel is ideally placed for trains to and from the airport.
