Wow some reviewers obviously work for broadstripe.
I'm going to breakdown the whole service in segments.
Front office: Answer phones quickly, kind, polite, and easy to setup appointments and get the services installed. 4-5 stars.
Help desk: or lack there of, if you happen to speak to This magical creature let me know. I had broadstripe 6 months, called about 10 times and waited anywhere from 5-20 mins before hanging up. They might be good , might be bad, I wouldn't know, never got a hold of one.
1 star (a help desk you can reach is not a good help desk) and the hours stink.
Tv service: tv channels worked fairly well. I didn't have to many troubles with the tv other then big storms roll in, almost a guaranteed outtage.
Stars: 3/4-5
Internet: I have owned Comcast and Verizon and broadstripe internet service is the worst. I paid for the surf 50 and when it worked I was getting 50-65 mbs. But that was for ten min time frames, it would turn on and off and jump down to 5 mbs and 20mbs .. never consistently worked, and you will non stop have to reset the modem.
This is the reason I left. With lack of a help desk, not having internet was very frustrating.

I called to cancel on a wed in the middle of the month, said before my next bill comes up can I cancel so I would get the rest of the month I paid for. Got home thurs, everything was off :-/
The only thing broadstripe does well is get you hooked up and get ya taken down... everything in between in a nightmare.
