Spacious room, beautiful view, comfortable travel
Next to elements, you can walk to shopping at elements. There is a 360 shop, it is a Thai-style supermarket.
Very good service
Price is high but worth it.
Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price. Approximately 250 hkd extra pay.
Buffet dinner, including service charge is about 700 hkd.
Shampoo and bath soap are from bliss, they are very good and they are available at the spa floor.
The swimming pool is on the top floor. Beautiful, some days there is a pool party. Guests can enter for free.

Super loved my stay at this place. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms and ambience were fabulous, and the entire experience is just a very happy one. Very much recommended, despite the prices!

W Hong Kong will probably be the only place we stay while here. Their attention to service and detail did not go unnoticed. The views from the room were breathtaking. Sammy in whatever/whenever made my wife's birthday amazing. Guys you rocked this out. Thank you.

The place is neat and tidy, and you can see the sunset when you land on the large window. Only the hotel charges the level, the buffet is not rich in food, there are not many varieties, soda drinks are also charged. There is room for improvement.

Nice and very expensive hotel but poorly managed.

The hotel has messed up our booking and does not provide a solution for the problem:
We booked two rooms and wanted it to be next to each other. However the staff put us to different floor and our card key could not access each other's floor. What's more, we asked whether we could trade 2 rooms with 1 room with 2 beds. The staff rudely rejected our request without asking the manager. The worse part, the staff asked our credit card twice and wanted to charge the room service on those cards while such services had already been paid in advance.

The summary: the expensive and high end hotel with poor management and terrible staffing and it makes the staying very unpleasant.

This hotel is very good, and it is very close to the MTR station to connect Yuanfang Shopping Mall. My family likes to eat Chinese food, so I went to the star hotel of W Hotel for dinner! The environment and food were first class, we were arranged to sit in a small room opposite the deck, the staff were very helpful and courteous.

Kowloon Station and shopping malls are downstairs, and the Airport Express can be conveniently located in town check in. The room is comfortable, the top floor pool is beautiful, the gym and the bathroom have a view. Stayed for three nights and was very comfortable.

Original review 3 years ago: Funky, trendy and chic. Easily accessible by airport express train and MTR and located on a mall. The staff are friendly and the rooms modern and luxurious. The spa is just like its name, 'Bliss', and the pool on 76/F has amazing views and a great bar.

This review April 2020: Wonderful, Spectacular, Fabulous, Cool Corner, Fantastic, Marvelous and WOW. Over the years, I had experienced all the rooms and suites at this amazing hotel, except for one. But that all changed when I spent another unforgettable birthday weekend at my home away from home. and found out that I would be staying in the very appropriately named Extreme WOW suite. Words cannot describe this amazing suite with its mega sized living and dining room, wet bar, separate kitchen and the biggest 'minibar' fridge I've ever seen. Then there's the workspace with the giant black bear on a leash (sofa?), the raised king sized bed with harbour views from the 38/F, the locker room style closet/dressing room and the biggest, most amazing bathroom one could ever find in a hotel suite. Bigger than most HK flats, this enormous space contains an 8-person whirlpool, shower-cum-steam room and mirrors, mirrors, mirrors on the walls AND ceiling. If you want something else to look at, there's a big screen TV at one end of the whirlpool and also the amazing harbour view through the floor to ceiling windows. Experiencing the Extreme Wow suite was extreme, to say the least, but being able to experience the W welcome experience once again is the most memorable part of my weekend. The effort, creativity and attention-to-detail that the W Experience Team went to was mind-blowing. From the flash mob that sang Happy Birthday at the check in counter, to the decorations, cake, champagne, and the 20 containers of M&Ms in the suite. Each container had the smiling face of a team member, a heartfelt birthday message on the side and were presented in the shape of a letter B. On closer inspection I noticed each box had a letter of the alphabet which spelt HAPPY BIRTHDAY _______ (and my 7-letter name). The W Experience Team is great at providing unique and thoughtful experiences and the rest of the W team add to the whole stay experience with their fun and friendly attitudes, personalities and greetings of "Welcome back, home!" I can't wait to "return home" again in the near future because the experience I get at the W Hong Kong makes every stay feel like it's my birthday.

The W Hong Kong staff were incredible! They were very hospitable and genuinely excited that we chose to stay at the hotel for our honeymoon. Ashley, a member of the staff, wrote us a card and brought us chocolates to our room! The room itself was very clean with a gorgeous view of city and the bay. The rooftop pool is a must! I highly recommend this hotel!

Access to Kowloon Station is easy, and it is attached to Elements Mall, so shopping, eating and transportation are convenient. Room condition is good, but access to the elevator room is only possible on one side, so it is inconvenient for the room on the end of the hallway. The outdoor swimming pool on the 76th floor is warm even in the winter, and there is a whirlpool so that it can be used in the winter, but if it does not get sunshine, it will be difficult for the wind to blow in the swimwear. The sauna on the 73rd floor is worth a visit. The jacuzzi and sauna with a large window with a view is also good, and the refrigerator has a cool towel and cool water. There is also a dehydrator to dry your swimwear.

It is easy to approach Kowloon Station, but moving to Tsim Sha Tsui or Hong Kong Island is difficult if you do not take a subway, bus or taxi. It is better to stay in Central or Tsim Sha Tsui, walk nearby and walk to a far distance. The hostel itself was good, but its location was a little vague.

Convenient and safe location, W sits above Kowloon Station which has direct train access to the airport, Central, and Lantau Island. The rooftop pool is great but would have preferred the closing time to be extended an hour longer.

The hotel is located above the Kowloon MTR station. It takes about half an hour to reach the airport express line to get to the airport. It is very convenient. Downstairs is the round square shopping mall, which can satisfy all shopping needs. We booked a city view room, but the hotel was very hearty to help us arrange a sea view room, the scenery is particularly good.

Tasteful brilliant hotel attached to kowloon station. Made an unexpected stay in HK, an absolute delight. Loved the hotel facilities. The gym and pool were exceptional as was the service. Thank you!

The W team delivers a great experience again, even during high staycation season.

Marco, Calista, Kate and the rest of the team all did an amazing job welcoming me to the hotel and making my stay / celebration a truly joyful experience.

Fantastic Suite
This is my second stay in less than 3 months and this time, I stayed in the Fantastic Suite. The views of course were epic and the room is actually very roomy! It was the perfect venue to celebrate my partners birthday.

Pool
Of course the pool was amazing as usual, no surprises there. Definitely worth the price of a stay. Even though it drizzled, it was great to soak in the jacuzzi during the rain. Super a relaxing experience.

Revitalizing Bath / Indoor Jacuzzi
One of the best kept secret of W Hotel, the jacuzzi in the changing room comes with jets of water, almost like getting a water massage. Even though the sauna and steam room were closed, we got to use the gym and then relaxed in the jacuzzi.

Overall, continuously amazed at how the W team delivers such an amazing experience considering how busy they are these days. Will definitely look forward to heading back soon!

Very modern and comfortable! What made the experience great were the staff! Upon finding out that I was not feeling well, they showed genuine concern... even offered to buy the medicine for me. Very satisfied with the service!

Every time I go to Hong Kong to stay at this hotel, the sanitary conditions, service and environment are very satisfactory. The room is large and does not have a sense of restraint. The interior is modern and comfortable. The waiter at the door is very polite and welcoming, making people feel like returning home. The beauty at the front desk is very attentive and very understanding.

Another w location that we like.

Another w location that we like.

Whenever we are in hong kong we always choose here since it opened. Prior to here we were always staying at the grand hyatt, shangri-la or conrad but for us the W offers much more in terms of convenience and also being more modern feeling than the competition.

The location for actually venturing out on foot isn't so great as the construction is still ongoing and bar that the walk to the main area is 15mins or so. Then you can take the scenic ferry across . . . However the key to this location is 2 stops to the airport and basically a single stop over to central.

Using the combo of a single stop to central and then taking a taxi makes for an ideal setup

The hotel is modern, stylish yet casual. The staff on each occasion very efficient and with in room check-in. The rooms - for the variety we have stayed from king to corner to a jnr suite - have all been welk appointed

The breakfast area and breakfast are very good.

We have used the woo bar time to time and this can get busy as later in the evening the hotel has limited restaurant choice

Ok
