Unfortunately I cannot recommend this W Hotel, even after staying in more than 10 W Hotels around the world I have never had an experience like I had at the W Hong Kong when someone stole 3 of my credit cards from my wallet in my bag while I was outside my room therefore meaning it was a member of staff. An extremely disturbing experience and a major disappointment for W's standards. It was a massive problem for me to recuperate from due to not living in Hong Kong and losing my payment methods. A police report was also made regarding the incident. Additionally I stayed in two different rooms in the hotel and both had defects like leaking bathroom sinks, electric curtains not working, shower temperature would not reach hot, celiling lights not working etc. Quite a joke to be honest. CERTAINLY not worth the price at all.

Great harbour view from the room, love the rooftop pool/spa at level 76, also the convenience of direct access to the airport express train station.

Kitchen restaurant has an expansive buffet with lots if selection. Lots of hot food selections, a big salad bar, a host of seafood, and a massive assortment of desserts.

I have eaten the set meal of the Star Banquet. There are six hundred and eighty-eight mosquito-bits. There are six dishes. But this time, there is a D stay water. There is a dish called Wagyu Shenghe, but it is only beef tenderloin nectar, and the dessert Yangzhi nectar. Ma Ma, I have not eaten it before, buy-buy-a set meal is delicious! ! Commercial practices.

Came for the buffet, left with a full and satisfied belly. The buffet has a very extensive range and will have most things to suit anyone's desire.

Set in a modern chic environment, this buffet is one of the better ones in Hong Kong

The location is convenient, the view on the top floor is very worth seeing

I generally like W hotels in general, but what sets this apart is its location in a mall, the wonderful rooms (get a corner room and have a wonderful soaking tub), and the Gym/Steam Room/Hot Tub. For a guy like me who likes to work out and use the steam room after, it is simply amazing to just relax there. Would definitely stop by again, particularly if you are a platinum member. The breakfast amenity is great as well.

A REAL 5 star-hotel!! We spent a weekend there for our anniversary! We went for a couple spa and it was great! We were thrilled to find our anniversary surprise in our room!!It was a dessert platter which is so beautiful with some macaroons and chocolate :) that s why we gave them a lot of tips at dinner!!! Thank you W hotel HK!!

Having a lunch buffet down here with many seafood plates , the quality for those seafood were good and the service up to standard. Views from inside towards the western harbour was great and the seating accomdation was spacious. Valut parking for three hours free was good enough for our buffet. We enjoyed our stay therein.

The building next to the high-altitude pool seems to be taller than the pool, and the pool is small, it is not suitable for swimming alone.

Nice selection of buffet. The crab was a let down not as naturally tasty as it should be meaning you had to dip in sauces. Waiters are helpful & kind

The wedding venue is beautiful, the food standard has room for improvement, and the service is very good.

I have loved absolutely everything from my 3 days-2 nights staycation at the W Hong Kong.
A corner room is definetely a must. The view is just crazy, on daytime of courses but even more at night ! Nothing can beat a bubble bath with a view on Hong Kong Island, except maybe a cocktail in the jaccuzzi with the same view but from 76th floor. I love the deco and atmosphere of the hotel which hqs nothing to do with the classical top stars hotel.

The best part of the hotel is definitely the swimming pool, the view is unbelievable ! And when tired after a day spend between the pool, the jacuzzi and the bath, just head off to Kitchen Restaurant and it's amazing buffet ! Oh and of courses make sure not to miss the breakfast buffet, it will drive you crazy and if you play it like me, you can just skip lunch.

I just left the hotel feeling like I have spent 3 days leaving in a cocoon.

Went there for a dinner buffet. They had raw oyster and cooked crab. Both delicious especially the crab roe, which was flavorful. The western and chinese cuisines were limited but was ok. The beef role was surprisingly tender and with good dose of salt tasted great for a buffet. Movenpick ice cream was on offer and with a good selection. A must have to end a very nice night out with the wife.

Excellent swimming pool, best room ever! The bathroom is grand and the TV always welcomes you back! Wonderful warming smell of the hotel soothes you after a long day. No rival to this hotel, and I mean it. It made my experience so happy and I cried so hard when I left that my relatives practically had to drag me out of the room. There is extra entertainment for kids, and a luxurious seeing tower with glowing chairs!

Wonderful hotel. The decor is very modern and trendy. They did an amazing job with the rooms with providing essentials when traveling. The bar in the lobby is cozy and serves food u Gil late, perfect for jet lag.

Beautiful hotel located above Kowloon Station MTR so hugely convenient for HK International Airport.

We went to the cheese and wine buffet at the WooBar on 6th floor priced at HK$360 + 10% each.

The music was good and the selection of cheese, salami, ham and bread were tasty.

Super caring service! The entire service team is well-trained and very friendly, which deserves praise!
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice views. People and pets are very relaxed. It is connected to Yuanfang Shopping Mall. There is a place to walk with pets in wind and rain. There is also West Kowloon Cultural District nearby, which is feasible and there are restaurants, which is very convenient.

Loved staying here , superb bathroom and staff are great. Stuck to a luxury mall with many restaurants and shops . Would recommend for anyone passing Hong Kong .

Five Star Hotel, Underground Shops and Airport Express Kowloon Station

Very CHIC hotel with great connectivity. The hotel is attached to a shopping center and train station. Lots of great restaurant nearby. Definite will return to this great hotel.

I have lived at W hotel in most countries. W hotel in HK is OK in terms of service quality and environment. And the restaurant there does provide excellent services.

The W is always nice anywhere in the world. W Hong Kong needs a refresh.

Comfortable bed and nice design and layout but it was like a family hotel during my stay ( China Golden week ), many kids screaming and running around, people are wrapping the breakfast in their bags.
Other room guest was smoking at light and morning in the non smoking hotel coz nose irritation, the hotel only can provide me 2 air purifiers and the second day morning the cigarette turn stronger before I check out.

W hotel never disappoints! One of the best buffet brunches (w/ free flow alcohol) in Hong Kong. Bzzzzzzz, will be back.

The seating in the lobby is short, not too good to sit, other comfortable!

Easy to comute by train to Hong Kong side but kind of a pain to try to get a cab back from there to come here as most taxi drivers will simply reject.
Overall the hotel is pretty good and targets a younger trendy crowd although it is packed with business travelers due to proximity to ICC tower.
The 24h gym and the pool above the 70th floor provides amazing views to the bay

Nice and clean hotel with absolutely tiny rooms and a terrible breakfast. Quiet bedrooms at least mean you get a good night's sleep, and it's reasonably located to deal with nights out and exploring the city, just a bit far from a public transport or metro station

The person in the check in counter was rude. Coming tired from a flight and greeted umpleasantly is not W Hotel standards.

Pleasant interiors and decor following W's philosophy regarding architecture. Attentive service and quality items on the menu in both bar and restaurant.

I have never experienced customer service like it. The personal touches are what makes all the difference. A special mention must go to Bas, Simon and the rest of the staff at the W for making us feel so welcome and accommodating us despite the current government Covid-19 restrictions making things difficult for the hotel. The W is my new favourite hotel in HK, I'll definitely stay there again and I'll be telling all of my friends and colleagues that they need to book a staycation there.

The W hospitality adds on a bonus point to the waking up in HK kinda view. Superb service at a very convenient location.

We went to Woobar at the W for drinks and amazing set up with a beautiful view, and the DJ playing Olivia was mesmerising

The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable but the washrooms have a smell issue and my Kohler showerhead was not staying where it should.

Wouldnt stay here again.. bad lobby.. stupidest conceirge (pardon my language) bad spa (mediocre and overpriced) bad breakfast.. feels like an airport hotel

One of the nicest in the system. Amazing service from the staff. They know how to take care of platinum members here. Only complaint is the pool parties on the summer weekends. While I like the occasional pool party sometimes It would be nice to have some more space for the pool
