Vodafone are very poor at responding to letters. I have written twice and only receive emails, which have the wrong details about my query. If it continues to respond in this way, I will start charging them for costs for timewasting and expenses for my letters and postage.

Absolutely shocking service at your Uxbridge branch.....think you need to revise your recruitment policy as the staff have no idea about what constitutes good customer service, even the manager was totally unhelpful and I was palmed off with the in store phone to receive help......was on the phone for 45 minutes passed through 4 different people. I had my toddler with me and I am also 8 months pregnant. I left the store in tears of anger and frustration. I have 2 contracts with you for myself and my daughter which frankly im considering moving to one of your competitors who will no doubt offer me a considerably better deal with better service.

Certainly one of my favourite corporate offices out there and I still haven't seen all of Newbury yet. But like so many corporate offices without the people that truly make it great and keep It amazing this would just be any other lovely designed office space. But the people here are what takes it to a whole other level.

Dreadful. I have worked at VF on and off for 10 years so went in to the shop at HQ expecting them to be more knowledgeable than the high street shops. Yes they were more knowledgeable, definitely NOT more helpful! I have an old iPhone 4S which has started suffering the Wifi bug since upgrading the OS. This makes it more or less useless unless I reset it every half an hour.

I spoke to Joseph who was described as a manager. The fault I am experiencing is software. It is a well known bug that has been admitted by Apple publicly. It means I will need to buy a new handset to resolve. Joseph was well aware of the fault, agreed it had nothing to do with me, accepted that the handset was still under support and that I was incurring extra data costs as a result. His advice though was to attack me personally and repeatedly for not upgrading to a newer phone two years ago implying that I'm just stupid rather than address the issue. He used various means to attack me that I won't expand on and I am just a little stunned that I would experience such a lack of professionalism at the HQ shop.

Dreadful service - waiting 2 weeks and so far 6 phone calls - no phone and no call back from Manager. Have had to write to the CEO to see if someone can sort it or I will be cancelling my contract

Lucky there even getting a 1 star poor customer service even worse communication been waiting 2 months for an upgrade phone either order gets cancelled or they have no clue what's happening spoke to over 100 diffrent customer service people and not one of the 100 has resolved problem in fact I recommend u run away and don't choose vodaphone as ur network provider as there absolutely useless

What an apauling company. I have had no reception on my mobile phone at home in Hemel Hempstead since mid July after getting 5 bars and great reception. They are completely incapable of repairing the mast/aerial which is on top of a block of flats about 1000 mtrs from my home after contacting them about 10 times. They tried to solve it buy supplying a Sure Signal which also did not work. Gone to another company EE. Looking that other reviews they are nearly all bad. DOES VODAPHONE READ THEM AND TAKE NOT - PERHAPS NOT - BUT THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES AND DON'T FORGET, NO CUSTOMERS NO BUSINESS.

Atrocious customer service! After numerous of occasions having faults resulting in Vodafone changing our router time after time, the broadband service has now been down for 9 days with no sign of it being resolved.
I am working from home and have had to buy an additional data package from my mobile provider in order for to hotspot. Openreach came out and confirmed the line was a great line and our broadband was running at 13mb!! that was 3 days ago and still nothing from Vodafone. My husband has spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone being cut off (nobody rings you back if this happens, you have to attempt to call again and being the whole process with someone else), speaking to people who aren't listening, repeating himself, and as i type he is now on live chat escalating the complaint where yet again he is repeating everything! he has requested our contract be terminated and we have to give 30 days notice and pay for the last month. the main complaint we have is why should we be paying for a service we aren't getting, let alone having to spend extra money buying additional data in order for me to work. they have said if we simply cancel our DD due to our dispute then we will then incur a failed payment charge. Now, surely the best way to deal with this is to terminate our contract with immediate affect at no fee and not look to resolve the problems by sending out another router at costs to the company. really we should be claiming compensation for the additional costs to us and the inconvenience as well. We have now gone with Virgin who are providing 500mb to the measly 13mb we were getting. Given the current situation around Covid 19 and more people having to rely on their connection in order to make a living after being told to work at home, that companies like this would be working with their customers not against them.

The worst Customer Services I have ever come across, One of there Reps in Egypt said there name was Steve Jobs !! They have no Email, They only record information they want to, then deny you called them. I recommend callers record all details of calls themselves. At the end of a contract I called them to cancel "no record" still paying months later, THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE. Obstructive staff from Top to Bottom. AVOID VODAFONE.

terrible service why can't they use the chat service like amazon? takes 2 mins you never have to speak voice to voice. As usual I now have to waste time with some idiot in the shop who is only interested in selling the phones. The word is shoddy service when all i want to do is query a bill that has tripled within a month when I know I haven't used the damn phone. If i could i wouldn't even give it a star absolutely shoddy disgusting service you go through the automation only to be told the phone number they gave is not recognised so now i'll be angry all bloody weekend until monday yet again. When i asked last month if i needed to change my data the answer was you only went over a little and your on the new system i was given no recourse or information in the mail or phoned or emailed. Surely in this day and age there is no excuse on how to inform customers? Get with the programme Vodaphone

Been trying to cancel a iPad account that belongs to my son that should have cancelled September but wasn't and they have still taking money from his account over the last two weeks called them again no one seems to know what the other is doing finally got to speak to a so called manager who seemed to know what he was talking about said he would cancel the account and refund the money promised he would call him back in 48 hours to let him know the money had been refunded but guess what no refund and no call again

I was a Vodafone Customer for 24 years up to December 2013, I was transferred to another company within Vodafone without my knowledge, I found out when I requested a replacement or my Blackberry which I had had for four years this was in the summer of 2013 I was told that I could not have a replacement until December when my contract was up for renewal, I contacted Customer Services as my phone was on its way out to no avail, I told them that I would not renew my contract but but they did not care so I went to another service supplier, I repeatedly e-mailed/phoned/wrote them of my disgust that I would finish with them in December, I am still getting demands for payment for a service that let me down and I have not used since January 2014 and have been in credit all that time,if they can treat me like that after 24 years what hope is there for you.

Told now to go to my nearest store which is 15 miles away and I work full time. Have the phone back and I will have a full refund. Also when I clicked on contact us kept coming up as error yet when I clicked on complaints got through immediately?? Strange that.

Worst broadband service ever. Took over my line 16...

Worst broadband service ever. Took over my line 16/9 router should have been here 3 days prior! Arrived on day had to take time off to sign for it as would not leave in safe place. Service if you can call it that was dropping out 120 times a day. Openreach engineer out twice line fine and tested. Second faulty router sent. Lots of misrepresentation by Voda staff in call centres especially those not in UK. Day 13 killed contract as simply did not have the confidence Vodafone could actually repair fault and provide service being paid for. Line fine with Sky for 6 years plus. I d personally give Vodafone Broadband a miss October 2019 and BT took over line/service and guess what that s right no issues at all stable service! Seriously give Vodafone broadband a wide birth
