Dreadful. I have worked at VF on and off for 10 years so went in to the shop at HQ expecting them to be more knowledgeable than the high street shops. Yes they were more knowledgeable, definitely NOT more helpful! I have an old iPhone 4S which has started suffering the Wifi bug since upgrading the OS. This makes it more or less useless unless I reset it every half an hour.

I spoke to Joseph who was described as a manager. The fault I am experiencing is software. It is a well known bug that has been admitted by Apple publicly. It means I will need to buy a new handset to resolve. Joseph was well aware of the fault, agreed it had nothing to do with me, accepted that the handset was still under support and that I was incurring extra data costs as a result. His advice though was to attack me personally and repeatedly for not upgrading to a newer phone two years ago implying that I'm just stupid rather than address the issue. He used various means to attack me that I won't expand on and I am just a little stunned that I would experience such a lack of professionalism at the HQ shop.
