Not impressed!! Have spent 3 days trying to get old number put on to new phone to no avail & virtually NO SERVICE constantly!! Told now to go to my nearest store which is 15 miles away and I work full time. Have the phone back and I will have a full refund. Also when I clicked on contact us kept coming up as error yet when I clicked on complaints got through immediately?? Strange that.
