I was a Vodafone Customer for 24 years up to December 2013, I was transferred to another company within Vodafone without my knowledge, I found out when I requested a replacement or my Blackberry which I had had for four years this was in the summer of 2013 I was told that I could not have a replacement until December when my contract was up for renewal, I contacted Customer Services as my phone was on its way out to no avail, I told them that I would not renew my contract but but they did not care so I went to another service supplier, I repeatedly e-mailed/phoned/wrote them of my disgust that I would finish with them in December, I am still getting demands for payment for a service that let me down and I have not used since January 2014 and have been in credit all that time,if they can treat me like that after 24 years what hope is there for you.
