Absolutely shocking service at your Uxbridge branch.....think you need to revise your recruitment policy as the staff have no idea about what constitutes good customer service, even the manager was totally unhelpful and I was palmed off with the in store phone to receive help......was on the phone for 45 minutes passed through 4 different people. I had my toddler with me and I am also 8 months pregnant. I left the store in tears of anger and frustration. I have 2 contracts with you for myself and my daughter which frankly im considering moving to one of your competitors who will no doubt offer me a considerably better deal with better service.
