TERRIBLE service. I was issued the wrong tickets (tickets in the nosebleeds when I was strictly looking at floor seats) at which point customer service completed a second purchase for the tickets I initially intended to purchase. Following the second purchase, I was informed they would not be issuing any credit, exchange, or refund for the first set of tickets. Customer service was very rude as I attempted to resolve the issue so I was forced to dispute the charge. I will NEVER be using this company again and would strongly advise all others to do stay away. BUYER BEWARE!
