I hosted my engagement dinner at the ballroom here. I liked the food and hospitality very much. All our guests liked the ambience, hospitality, and food here. Hotel is very centrally located walking distance from HUDA metro station and also well connected to the highway. I also booked a couple of rooms for the engagement day and I liked the amenities available in the room.

I stayed here from 1st February , we were here for the recovery period after surgery of my wife. The stay was made full of caring by first at front office by Mr Ajeet then in room service by the Mr .Ved as the doctor has advised for clean rooms which was done with utmost care. Then most important was food which chef Mr Amit took personal interest and visited our room and discussed the food or diet prescribed by the doctor, everything was prepared with care and as per the diet chart. I thank each and everyone for such a kind and human touch for every thing. Thanks once again

Nice hotel for business customers but after taj experience in other cities, the kind of expectation we had was not fulfilled at this place. Average staff service.... and also taste of food was average. Buffet breakfast was ordinary despite having a good spread. The taste did not match the taj standards.

I stayed in Taj City Center Gurugram Hotel in Month of March 2021 for 2 nights.Hotel booking costed me Rs 9744 however during check out Hotel receiption staff deined to provide invoice as booking was done through online portal Expedia and informed me to collected from Expedia.I clearly told them Online hotel booking receipt clearly says Hotel GST Invoice
to be collected from hotel only, they didn't provided me Hotel GST Invoice during checkout.After lots of email followup Hotel shared me GST Invoice for Rs 8461, when I written email to them reason for reduced value invoice response received was they had paid Rs 1283 commission charges for this booking.
I checked with online portal they didnt charged commission.
Hotel is cheating customer by providing reduced value invoice (GST tax evasion) and also came to know that they had done the same with many customers.
Earlier I had stayed in other Taj Properties other parts of india but never came across such malpratices.
I would recommend Please Don't choose this Hotel Westinn is good options to avoid trouble what I faced

It is really a nice place. Here restaurant is also available and buffet option available for all visitors. We can book the seat earlier as well. Here foreign visitors is also coming. According to my opinion it is really awesome place.

Location is really convenient. Metro station is quite near, and has many marketplaces in near vicinity. Rooms were adequately spacious with many prestigious amenities. Services were excellent. The people for room service were very polite, helpful and welcoming. The food served was on par with some of the best I've had. I look forward to my next visit there.
