It doesn't look like a TAJ property. The overall inner ambiance is missing. The food was lousy...more like a ordinary hotel. The flowers on the table were STALE. It all reflects BAD for a TAJ. I strongly feel TAJ should either sack the administration or remove its name.
Visited a friend here, good ambience n rooms are also good. Currently the approach is not good because of outside road work .

Tajness at its best. Although location is bit irritating due to traffic congestion but inside it's bliss. A small suggestion the property has to be visible from a distance, which is lacking.
One of the best hotels in guru gram . Situated near huda city center and it is well reachable by walking distance . Staff is courteous like other taj properties and the building is beautiful which gives us a direct view of the metro station . Room are preety big and price is also not above 10k , overall I would recommend this to everyone who can afford it .
Good ambience and food is good. I tried buffet dinner and it was up to my expectations.
Went here for New year celebrations on 31st December,while the food and beverage options were satisfactory or much like any other hotel with similar ratings the seating arrangement was very poor. Just a stage to dance and a buffet area where you have to stand and eat is not something which you expect from a Taj Hotel. Seating arrangements need to be taken care of.

Centrally located hotel, next to the metro station. Ample public transport available. Great buffet & well appointed rooms. Wi-Fi (complimentary) is slow, 512kbps. Big banquet rooms available, nice pool with lounge chairs
It offers a good view of gurgaon from it's balcony and there restaurants have a wide range of food cuisines to choose from. All in all a great place to stay in when visiting gurgaon. Plus it is situated near a metro station if anyone wants to travel cheap.
Only one restaurant is open, but they are maintaining all precautions... Enjoyable as always.

The multi cuisine restaurant needs to improve its service.The Thai restaurant is much better in all aspects.

Variety was not up to the mark. Service was also not up to the mark of the Taj brand. Was pretty disappointed. Only one of the staff member was very helpful thus giving 3 stars.

Attentive and polite staff at the Culina 44 restaurant and the food choice at the buffet is quite impressive! Round table seats can be done away with..makes it feel like a banquet and very impersonal.
