Beautiful ambience, lovely staff.. Although the reception staff is not friendly but thr manager was very helpful and cordial. He offered the kids cookies n cake as a gesture so kids loved and it made a good impression on them and they were not interested to leave soon. The restaurant serves good breakfast with options like North Indian, south Indian and of course the continental cuisine. I loved having paneer parantha.

I was waiting in reception area for my client who was put up their. I ask one of the hotel person where is charging point near seating place. He said charging point are available at reception only... This is something which I didn't like since there are many international visitors stay at this hotel and they ask people for meeting at lobby so lobby area should have a charging facility for mobile and laptop.. I feel it is must for business hotel..

Cyber city Gurgaon is beautiful place with so many bar resturant . Totally different atmosphere must visit if u go to Haryana.

Fantastic spa. Inside is all stone and service is very good. Only issue was after the Spa my colleague and i wanted to use the pool for about 20 minutes to relax. When checking out, we were charged 1500 rupees for this. The price was lowered to 1000 rupees but still annoying to pay.

This hotel is also one of the best hotel in Gurugram. Ambience is also good.
