Nice infra with curteous people around, interiors , reception area and pool all make you feel good

Ambience, tranquility n peaceful away from the hustle bustle of the city.

Food is not good. Too costly. Not like other Taj group hotel.

Lobby is nice hight light is main concept . But service is below my expectation.Bar has a good menu and vast selection of beverages.

Good place for business conferences and personal stay

I went there to sit for an exam. The atmosphere was good and everyone greeted me well. The interior was good and spacious. There were plenty of rooms in it. Also it was near to the Huda city metro station.

Love the ambiance and the food was amazing. The staff was very hardworking and polite. Would definitely visit again.

Their staff is very very courteous and the food is great. I'd recommend the Indian food over Asian. Was working out of one of their conference hall - had no trouble at all.

Had popped down to see a friend and we decided to spend time at the tea lounge (or whatever it is that they call it). Apparently, there was a film shoot going on and the entrance to the hotel was therefore clumsy. No mention whatsoever, and once I made my way to the lounge, I wasn't allowed to head out because of the said shoot. Bizarre. Anyway... The menu (choices/variety) and service left a lot to be desired. Not sure I'll come back anytime soon.

Love visiting the multicuisine restaurant CULINA 44 at Taj. Went for a meeting and was happy to see them take care of all safety precautions.

Nice place with good food and awesome ambience, the only drawbacks are service and loud live music(this one may not be an issue for some people). This place is often crowded and service is really slow; it becomes difficult to have a good conversation over dinner because of loud music.

Attended a large group dinner at The Latitude restaurant in the hotel. Very good local food and lots of focus on delivering a great customer dining experience.

Taj hotels are supposed to be the epitome of luxury and customer service... Yet the staff was anything but luxury and customer service. The lady server.. with chipped mail polish and broken nails is something I would expect in a road side dhaba. And the pace at which she was walking.. a snail would have walked faster. Had to remind staff 3 times about our order...

Nothing else.. get your staff to portray that luxury and finnese one expects from a Taj hotel.

Was here for a training. There was an overnight stay included. The rooms are big in size and pretty accommodating. The restaurant serves a brilliant morning breakfast, complete in all ways. Plethora of options. The staff is courteous, and pretty helpful. Only 25 mins away from the airport, and 5 mins from the Metro station.

Location is great as walking distance to huda metro. But service at restaurant is not that great.

It was very poor. We took a valentine package at very high cost. There is no activity like games. On the name of sparkling wine there is sula. We asked for a cake at the time of booking but later management create a lot of chaoas. After multiple follow up i don't know it will received or not????? Expecting some better experience..

Great business hotel for a quick business trip stopover.

Water was stuck in bathroom. Ventilation is improper.

One of the best hotel I have seen in my life entire staff is very co-opretive like this hotel
