Taj hotels are supposed to be the epitome of luxur...

Taj hotels are supposed to be the epitome of luxury and customer service... Yet the staff was anything but luxury and customer service. The lady server.. with chipped mail polish and broken nails is something I would expect in a road side dhaba. And the pace at which she was walking.. a snail would have walked faster. Had to remind staff 3 times about our order...

Nothing else.. get your staff to portray that luxury and finnese one expects from a Taj hotel.
