Did makeup for a client beautiful hotel, great experience

One of the best hotel in Gurgaon for stay. Staff is very good, facilities are also at par, convenient to reach. Food was not up to expectation.

The stay here was amazing. It was a BDay celebration which was really great. I would love to visit again for trying the wide variety of menu options that they offer in the buffet meal as the food was really sumptuous.

I am from Indigo. believe me it's reall pleasure staying it's actually a good service hotel specially i me one of it mr Ganesh he is really a good service man and a dedicated person toward his service..

This is a high end Taj property, very contemporary and the ambience is great. Just been there for a short event, but this is a must stay place.

We had buffet lunch. Food was average. Very limited varities. Not recommended.

Very elegant!! We hosted an by the name of MR Tech Hub India Chapter in Dec 2017. The staff was really courteous and helpful

Centrally located in Gurgaon. Most importantly the breakfast is very good with its various dishes including vegetables and non vegetarian items.
The behaviour of the staff is also good.

Service, staff and food, can't praise them enough. Jaisa naam waisa kaam, superb.

It may have taken a while for it to get to my mouth but it seems like I've found the best dessert spread in NCR finally... and yes the Peach Bellini ...Oh Bellini !!!!

But I will later come to how the food was.

Let me first tell you how Revant Sharma ensured how all my dreams of being slim and pretty flew outta the window...and fast!!

His personable and efficient demeanour made it so difficult for me to say a no to all the food that he was suggesting and serving...

Goodness gracious... !!!

So even though we had had a sour taste in our mouth on account of a reservation glitch in the afternoon, Revant, bathed in true Taj hospitality, gave us every reason to focus singularly on our evening, the good food and a largely spectacular service.

So ladies and gentlemen... go for the food, yes... but then many serve what Culina, the All Day Dining at the #TajCityCentre serves...

... but do the others serve it with the warmth of a super skilled host, as good as at the Taj...??

The head chef has designed an amazing buffet menu with a perfect blend of Indian, Western and Oriental cuisines.

With so much to eat and such comfortable ambience, allow yourself to relish the meal for a couple of hours...

Did not particularly enjoy their starters, for they had lost their crunch and freshness while sitting in the chafing dish for way too long..

I particularly enjoyed my flavourful salads and then some pizza and a very subtly flavoured pasta.

The Western and Oriental main course spread, above average.

Did not try the Indian at all just because I couldn't have eaten any more than I already had.

And like I said right in the beginning...

It's always a great experience staying at this property, it's the personal touch of each and every department specially the housekeeping, which makes my stay so comfortable and relaxing. The big thumbs up to all the housekeeping staff and the department as whole. Keep up the good work.

The food is pretty good, but the service is starting to decline somewhat.

Perfection. Not much else can - or should - be said.

Very pathetic services they provide, it should not be even called 1 star hotel but i am amazed it is a 5 star hotel. They have no services to offer, bad hospitality. They tell nothing clearly, anyone who is staying for a leasure considerating 5 hotel services in the mind will only waste money and time.

Yes I visit yesterday for interview it was nice play all the staff members were very friendly n responsible towards respective work.

Location : Center of the city, next to Metro Station
Food : OK, not exceptional
Service : OK, reminders were required for small things.
Room: Comfortable, not as spacious as other Taj properties.

A premium luxury hotel to hang out with your family or friends. Superb quality, good services and tasty food.

Good Ambience. Visited thai restaurant. They serve authentic receipies so if you really do not have that taste so don't try. They have multicusine in the ground floor too .

One thing that surprised me a lot in this hotel was that no social distance was being created in the restaurant even though it was Crona's time. This restaurant is very small considering the number of rooms in this hotel. The main road just in front of the hotel is closed. But no update on the route to the hotel was shown on Google which made it very difficult for us to reach the hotel.

Overall Excellent Hotel

We stayed in room no 818 in May 2019 while we were awaiting our accommodation. It was a very enjoyable stay and I carry happy memories. The room was clean, the staff was attentive and courteous. Mr Saurabh who was our room attendant took particular care to make us comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfasts , a wide choice. Look forward to staying there again.

The restaurant is very nice. It's the third day, but the food changes every day.

This place is first of all worse than a 3 star property. The showers leak and all the water comes out on the bathroom floor. The staff is over interfering in the guest's business and asks inappropriate questions. The hotel lobby staff is unresponsive. Had to follow up with calls and stopping by at the front desk to get the Hotel manager to call me for an issue. I was supposed to stay for a month and a half but because of the issues at the hotel, I cancelled my stay and moved to Westin. Much better place. Never staying or recommending anyone to stay at this Taj.

I visited there in April 2019 with my son , we had twin room for two all confirmed on email, when I got there they said I would have to pay extra for my son as they only had me down for one person staying in a twin room. I showed them my confirmation for two people but they wouldn t budge and made me extra person rate. Will not go there again as staff don t use common sense.

Taj as a brand has mostly impressed me to the core and this place is just not disappoint you. Perfect location at the heart of the city just next to the HUDA city centre metro station. A nice and bright property with great All day dining perfectly suitable for a Coffee meeting or a quick lunch over a beautifully laid down buffet. The Ala carte options especially the Italian food is just amazing. I can't comment on the rooms as haven't stayed here as yet but it's mostly full which clearly shows the quality.

Nice hotel, the signature Taj property at they new city centre in Gurgaon. Savour a working lunch or a family dinner at Culina 44 that serves a lavish spread of buffet at lunch or enjoy authentic Thai delicasies at the Thai Pavillion. Atmosphere at the bar, Tease, is electric with its live band in the evenings and a drink on the terrace gives you a feeling you are at some holiday resort. A must place to go if you are in Gurgaon..

Architectural View
Lovely lobby encompassing a wow factor in its architectural spatial character. The design of building from the outside is not great. It lacks human scale and urban articulation. It stands tall like a wall.
