Vivanta by Taj, Gurgaon Review

Not the standards of Taj. Food average. Staff wasn't upto the mark in terms of services. Won't recommend.

Awesome place to stay during covid times. Takers utmost measures for your safety.

This place is good for the events and food is good, property is well maintained and ambiance is so soothing. But, for event's, you need to be very specific for your electricity consumption. In contract they mentioned that they will provide 3 kva of ups power, and when we have asked them we have load of 2 kva, they apparently, denied us. They said the lights in the hall are included in the said consumption limit. FOR AC CONSUMPTION THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED EXTRA IF THIS IS THE SCENARIO. the lady who came up with this awesome logic, was so dumb, and arrogant with us. I think she is from banquet sales team.

Nice food includes variety of indian and western dishes and music sung by northeast artists ...make conversation between you and your friends private so that nobody can listen..have dry toilets. Big lounge

One of the nicest place in Gurgaon and value for money..

Efficient, functional, hygienic. Not particularly luxurious but you won't be inconvenienced in the least. Good provision and use of space. Surprisingly not adhering to non-use of single use plastic.

Food is not up to the Mark and After continuous feedback it doesn't get Improved in four days also.

This is a very nice hotel strategically located near at Huda City Metro Station and a Hospital. There is certain road construction work going on near it due to which there might be traffic around it. Inside its huge and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and hotel is full of greenery. I simple loved it when I visited.

Stayed her for 2 nights. Great place, amazing food & even better staff. Tajness at its best :)

Pretty good hotel. I just went for an event there. The food is not good though I would say. Otherwis the event was held competently.

Rooms and lobby are beautiful. The food is amazing. Staff as always is very polite and helpful.

Love the facility. It is truly a 5 star property. Located at the walking distance of Gurgaon's transport hub, Huda City Centre. They have a great coffee shop, where they offer a variety of cuisines ranging from European to Oriental and everything is lipsmacking. Staff is responsive and very courteous. Apart from that, they have got a sprawling banquet which can host good 200 people at a time at least and an additional buffet space attached to it for the equal number of people which mostly hosts corporate events. Rooms are spacious and contemporary. A good choice to stay in the city.

We went to Tease bar. Quite a cool open air rooftop bar but very stupid billing system and Dumber menu.

It's okay. Visited the hotel for the first time. Was expecting a lot from this property. It's tall and well built.
The vibe was missing. There was pin-drop silence, not even a slight note of music in lobby. Coffee shop was boring and had a feeling of emptiness. Staff was droopy and looked tired. I requested for an espresso macchiato but got a cappuccino.
All said above, a lady from sales, Nikita made out day. She was superb, warm and hospitable. God bless her ..

Location is good. Drinks service is average, food options are fine, didn't tried a lot of things, can be visited for some peaceful time

Been there for an industrial event. A great place for meetings, brunches and stay.

The staff is extremely nice, specially the manager at the restaurant tonight, took very good care of the customer's individual needs, the food even though customized by the chef, wasn't upto the mark of how food at Taj used to be

We had office event there amazing hotel, amazing food, amazing hospitality and amazing interior. Loved it.

Amazing ambiance, one of the best place in this area to enjoy on weekends. Bar was upto the mark and service was also very good.

Overall excellent experience. Good ambience, good working staff. Visited for company town hall had a great experience.

I'm still at the premises all good so far with COVID PHOBIA.
