A very disappointing & dissatisfied experience overall. This place is not at all doing any justice to be called as a five star hotel.. their services are pathetic at every level due to the following experience i had:
1. Was been handed over the keys to check in at 5:30 pm so basically had to wait for almost 3-4 hrs at the reception simply cos they couldnt manage the same well.
2. Waited for one hour in queue to check in the restaurant & have my dinner with my family with kids
3. Now the worst part, that due to my late entry in restaurant, jatin who was their restaurant manager had no common sense & acted as deaf & dumb to come upto to us & say that everything has been closed as the restaurant timing is only till 10:30-11 so if you are late we cant help you nomatter what the reason is. Despite me telling him the situation he looked not at all to bother & was hardly interested to hear the concern.

So basically like i said not at all the kind of services you would expect from a brand like taj, infact you would get far more better services/experience from a 2-3 star hotel than this.
