For a 5 star Hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. I rate it 3.

Disappointing at all levels. Do not deserve so many stars. Very pleasant home

Quite surprised, for bad, given the 5 stars he holds, in regards to cleanliness. In 5 days of lodging I gave up on my complaints because they made my bed and they did not just cover it. For the rest the friendly employees, gym quite correct and good location.

Only one garbage bin inside the room and is too small that even a shoe cannot be put in to it. Lighting is too dim. Washroom sink design is awful.

Big hotel near Campo Pequeno. Nice rooms and staff. Easy to get to downtown from hotel.

Can only comment on the meeting rooms, which were adequate, and the lunches which were fine but hardly 5-star material

Local reference for meetings, central, good value for money, excellent service

It's a nice hotel but I wouldn't rate it a 5. My room was okay but there wasn't any food in the mini fridge, my laptop didn't charge when I left the room because electricity cuts when you are out of your room, room service was expensive and etc...

Beautiful hotel, beds with very comfortable mattresses, very good attention and spectacular breakfast. Very well located, with places to eat half a block away, such as the Mexican restaurant with spicy meat and excellent meats. I recommend it

The five-star hotel is advertised as a four-star rating.

Very nice hotel not far from the center. Room warm and clean. Friendly staff on the other hand pay attention to your business (theft of a pair of branded headphones by the housekeepers.)
Breakfast expensive (30 for 2 per day)
Pool very cold for a month of August to cause no exposure to the sun because surrounded by very tall buildings.

There are only two elevators for a hotel with fourteen floors, a small room if you open the luggage rack, the buffet is no longer in chaos, finally there are plenty of stars according to my modest opinion

Clean and complete but far from the beautiful part of Lisbon and rooms with acoustic insulation problems

Although far from downtown and historic Lisbon this hotel is a great option to stay in Lisbon, specially if you are in town for business as it was my case. Cost/benefit ratio very good. Good rooms, good breakfast, fair service.

No laundry on Sunday, what kind of service is that!!

I had to request maintenance of the cooling system on all floors. My traveling companions did not understand me. The fault was the hotel.

Breakfast is delicious and rooms are relatively spacious. The rooms are also clean and comfortable.

Not very good. Reception staff unfriendly. Is my husband asked the reception staff about the weather as we went to Obidos Town and as we did not know the weather in the region it is obvious that we needed to know to bring warm clothes but were very unfriendly and making fun of my husband. And when we arrived in Obidos it was cold and it sold a lot and my husband caught a cold which interfered with our tour in Portugal.

Terrible service upon check-in. Had requested a queen bed and were given two single beds. Room was old and rusty. Not very clean. The bathroom while looking adequately picturesque had absolutely no practicality and I wonder who was the architect behind such horrific design. Not someone who tends to complain but would never stay here or recommend anyone to visit here. And let s not forget the horrific incident with the hairdryer which looked like it had mould all over it and had not been cleaned for 20 years. And even when we requested a new one, a manager showed up empty handed and could barely communicate or understand our frustration with the terrible service. At the very least, customer service dictates you apologise but not only did we not get an apology but were made to feel unwelcome. Never again! If only I could give zero stars

It was a clean and comfortable hotel. Due to a power outage of the same affiliated hotel, it was changed.

It is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. There is a good quality price relation. Easy access, good communication, easy parking. Restoration in the surroundings. Definitely a good choice.

A great hotel, and an excellent buffet, only the reception staff in practice a bit slow

The promise: a traditional grand hotel with the finest fittings. The reality: an old building, overworked staff (poor service no fault of those at the bottom doing their best), overpriced breakfast and bar, and a cold pool even in the summer.

This hotel needs to renovate. Old cabinets and closets. Some things I didn't like: Complicated shower, no room on sink for my toiletries, no end table, black hallways making it hard to see the number of the room, no complimentary bottle of water.

Not as advertised 5* rating. Room very dark. Staff mostly business like, lacked warmth at check in. However, others were very friendly & helpful. Food v mediocre, again not 5 star quality as advertised. Room was very clean which you would expect, but it's worth commenting on. Room service, breakfast to my room, I was charged extra on top of what I had been quoted when I enquirer the night before.

it would be' 5 star fo not for the 16euro for breakfast when cross the road you pay 3 euro

Incredible massage, beautiful, harmonic and subtle environment

Clean place and helpful staff. It is clear that an effort has been made in the last year and beginning of this year to make the hotel a more welcoming place. Any further effort can justify the 5 stars.

Lovely hotel very hospitable everyone very nice want to help with everything very kind room clean and tidy no thefts have in room safe so it makes good breakfast and tasty and rich

Front desk personnel did an exceptionally poor job by accommodating our needs. We ve requested to speak to the staff manager & we were told he wasn t available to come to speak to us. We were also told that the front clerks were not allowed to contact the manager by phone as a policy rule..... Terrible! About the condition of the room: the AC wasn t working in the room & kept blowing hot air, the shower kept on leaking throughout the entire night
Overall experience - not worth a 10 bucks. Much stress and incompetent personnel with bad attitude. Won t be coming back and won t recommend to any of my international friends to stay at this hotel.

Good breakfast buffet and rooms that have all the necessary equipment, perhaps a bit neglected furniture but in good condition, the staff very well with occasional exceptions. The spa has Calderum, sauna, cold showers and ice fountain that does not work, but in general very correct. The correct pool.

Great hotel. I was sent here due to a cancellation of TAP. The airline filled in the voucher all wrong, did not tell us which rooms it would pay for, a mess. But the super friendly and attentive hotel attendants gave the rooms without even knowing if the tap would cover so as not to leave us waiting with a sleepy response from the airline company.

Went to try the lunch buffet and enjoyed it. The price is suitable for the service.

Value for price good breakfast large rooms location also very convenient very close to Campo Pequeno station of airport line.
They have lovely breakfast with hot milk and Portugese custard Tarts selection of cheese.
Cinema city just few minutes away for food court and shopping.

It is located a bit 'far from downtown and in the surrounding area there is not much to see. On the other hand it is well connected by bus and underground. For the rest it is an excellent choice: there is a gym, a spa and a swimming pool (closed during the winter), it has 24 hour room service, room cleaning every day and different types of restaurants to eat.

Terrible service, most unfriendly and rude staff, many flaws.

Great location 5 star SPA with FREE underground parking for guests.
The Gym is well built with various equipment. The staff in the Spa should be better mannered though.
Breakfast is way too expensive for 20EUR/guest but you can find several alternatives around.
