Hello, I have recently been about 10 days in this hotel ... 5 stars ?? X I am worth 2 .. very very poor cleaning ... disgruntled staff and very detached from customers .. at the reception no one speaks Italian Every time the room was made .. on our return there was always something missing (toilet paper etc. etc ...) .. Furniture ruined or even broken ... for a "5-star" hotel there shouldn't be any! With us in Italy, in our 5 STAR HOTELS..the staff speaks almost all languages..cm it is right that it is .. My dear receptionists ... learn Italian..and also in a hurry ... anyway I conclude .. x the price we paid (without breakfast) is not worth it x nothing .. overall rating 4. GREETINGS .. I was lodged here by TAP in the middle of the night, because of flight delays. Close to the airport. Very friendly service, they took care of everything extremely smoothly. The rooms are very nice and quiet. Inviting breakfast selection.
Exceptional drumstick with delicious dishes and desserts too. Try the seafood lasagna. Large and modern dependencies. Attentive staff and polite waiters.

It was OK, nice hotel but rooms are quite dark. It's quite well located near a lot of Metro stations and other transport services. Staff are very polite and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot.
Hotel 5 *, but there are some annoying things in it that I will focus on in this opinion:
1. Loud air conditioning.
2. A climatic bathroom, but you can see the passage of time after it has been fitted. The bathtub is placed in such a way that after each shower or rain shower the entire floor is flooded.
3. The refrigerator closed in the furniture warms up so that each opening of the cabinet causes the hot wave to hit.
And now cool solutions:
1. WiFi available free of charge.
2. Great location. The proximity to public transport.
3. External hotel pool.
4. Safe in the room.
5. Comfortable beds.
6. Reliable cleaning service.
Poor, instead of 5 stars is 3. You have to pay it on the first day.
The design of the bathroom is not ergonomic, the bathtub is poorly drained, and the five-star hotel is advertised, but there is no five-star feeling.

For a 5 star hotel, it s not that great. Close to the airport but also very noisy. They charge 15 euros for the breakfast (per person). Definitely is high price for a simple breakfast.

Belated review I ought to share. I had a good nights sleep in this hotel which is located in a convenient location with a wide variety of good restaurants. The hotel parking lot is pretty spacious. Check-in staff were attentive and courteous. Rooms clean with excellent sound proofing. Can't fault anything.

We have been three nights and I want to highlight the kindness of all reception professionals. All lovely, they have informed us of everything we needed, they have called us taxis, they have even booked us a restaurant to enjoy the extraordinary Fado all with an exquisite treatment.
I have not encountered such a slow elevator, and every floor has stopped.
There is no place for luggage to be arranged.
The breakfast was plentiful and the room was clean.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good. However service was poor, front desk personnel have a heavey attitude, not welcoming, and not very informative.

Enjoyed my stay as it was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Safe for solo women. Choose 5th or 6th floor rooms if you want a kettle. I made oatmeal in my thermos. Location close enough to transit. They want payments in advance.

The room was on the 12th floor at the end of the corridor. The only downside that I put to the room is that you hear a lot of street noises like those of the subway

Hotel simply fantastic, only 17 euros from the Historic Center and around a plethora of amazing little shops. One suggestion: walk through the neighborhood.

I would say the hotel overall is okay. Front desk and manager are on point, I would give them 5*. Very helpful and professional and try to solve any inconveniences and assist with anything ASAP.
However the hotel itself, rooms were a bit shabby for my liking. You can see that they have rushed with renovation, bathrooms quite dirty, everywhere are visible spots and stains from tile fillers. No kettle in rooms, nor tea or coffee. I think the five stars are a bit overrated, in most four star hotels or boutique hotels you will have better experience.
Breakfast was okay, very basic though, coffee isn t the best one, and there are lack of attentive staff. Missing cutlery, many food options weren t present or took ages to be refilled.
Great hotel. Huge hotel lobby, bright and shinning. Nice suites with neat bathroom. Magnificent restaurant with abundant food choices for breakfast, a memory to last for a long time. Campo Pequeno, Concert Hall, Botanical Garden, and Museu Calouste Gulbenkean are within easy walking distance from the Hotel.
The drains of the box and the bathtub are clogged, the hotel was a building of commercial rooms and was adapted but not able to adapt project to hotel
Not a very pleasant experience. The room I stayed in was not worthy of 5 stars. The armchair was stained and with broken armrests; damaged furniture and badly repaired, as well as the bathroom taps. The staff could be more courteous and helpful.

I made a reservation, believing that this is a 5 star hotel, but the service, facilities, etc. did not meet my expectations.
Above all, the staff at the front desk were very clerical and nervous. There is no common good morning greeting. A very good impression of Portugal and the Portuguese people was broken by them.
Really these receptionists have to change.

Poorly organized breakfast, written midday buffet. At the reception desk they would have to learn to smile a bit and they are also dry and even border on some occasions. Room well but you notice the years and is not at all 5 stars, rather a 4 star that needs to be updated.
Complicated breakfast, for a 5 star, basic and simple options ... need to improve and much in the matter of breakfast staff care, they are messy and do not understand each other ...

Had to take away at least 2 stars, expensive for what it offers, cleanliness leaves much to be desired, antipatico staff and small and poor rooms, for not having no drinks in the minibar, very poor breakfast buffet for 20.
I regret the fact that in addition to having made the reservation directly at the reception, on the day of entry, I asked for 4 IDs (we were 4 people) I was obliged to pay before entry. For 5 stars I didn't think it was correct.
