For a 5-star service is poor. Unforgettable staff and 4-star room but not a 5. Good breakfast. Convenient location if you have the car but not if you use the vehicles ....

For 5star hotel it is mt to be desired. From closets in poor condition, television not working, little cleaning in common areas. Not to repeat.

It's okay to be a 5 ***** missing little things and the garrafal there is no albornof and very expensive the drinks

I recently stayed at this hotel for 8 days with my partner. It was the first time I had been to Lisbon and Portugal. On first arriving the hotel was very grand and it definitely had the wow factor when first walking into the front lobby and first seeing the room.

The room was a decent size, for two people. It had air conditioning which I had full control over. It even stayed on when you did not have your room card in the slot (Which was required for all electrical sockets, and lights, to work). This meant I was able to put it on low so when I got back in the evening the room was nice and cool.

There was a TV in the room which had a few channels but the picture quality was not very good. The room was very clean but I found it was showing it's age. All wooden furniture had bash marks and scuffs which was a little sore to see. The bathroom socket did not work either as the switch for it was broken. Other than, what seems to be small issues, I was very happy with everything else.

I only had breakfast and room so I cannot comment on lunch or Dinner but I found the breakfast to be a little lacking. Everyday there was the same selection of food. There was a large selection but it would have been nice to see some of the food rotated, especially when it came to the cooked food. There was always plenty of food available and if something was running low it would be quickly topped up. The waiting staff were particularly friendly and were always on ball with clearing up behind people.

The hotel had a Third Party owned Spa conjoined which had a small outdoor pool and gym which was free to all tenants of the hotel. They also gave a 50% discount on all Spa treatments.

Overall I was happy with my stay at this hotel but due to a few small areas I feel could use an improvement, I will be giving this hotel a 4 out of 5 star rating.

Frosty reception at the reception, room in pitiful condition (broken furniture, curtain ripped off, impassable shower ...), and a plane taking off every minute ...
Only positive point, the subway not far that brings to the city center in 20 minutes.

Hotel certainly not 5 star although it is true that the price is not such. Mine was a very large room with a living room the size of the bedroom
Lacking in small maintenance operations that give a sense of neglect. The room was redone once a day and never cleaned. Once back at 17.30 it had not yet been redone and that day, given our presence, it was not redone. Detached reception staff.
Overall discreet although there is much to be improved.

Not sure what I say about this place.
The decor and rooms are clean however slightly odd, different and hard work with lots of switches.
Waiting for the lift is also a pain.
However the staff are every professional and accomadating.
Also great location close to some good restaurants around the bull ring slightly away from The main tourists traps. Would stay again.

Staff is very good. Only used hotel parking and bar. Products have good quality and the entire place is very clean

The hotel ia great. But I got a room that was smelling cigarettes and I asked the reception about it and they didn't do anything. And then during the night I have to tell them again and ask to change rooms. That was a little disappointing.

Spacious room but dirty bathroom black seal and drained water

The cleaning of the room needs to be strengthened. There are dry toothpaste stains beside the sink. The surrounding waterproof glue has many stains and mold.

Hotel in the center of Lisbon, at the corner of Av. October 5 with Av. of Bern, with a forgotten Bar of the hotel and of the clients, and a restaurant that serves for daily meals.

Very small rooms, unhelpful staff. It does not report any of the available services. Weak for 5 stars.

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. However, the decor is a bit too modern and the hallways look like you're in a mirror maze at a fun house. It's actually nauseating. The room was comfy and well appointed. It was very difficult to figure out how to open my window and when I finally did, it was broken anyway. The large bed was actually two twins pushed together, which was not ideal, and the mattresses were a bit old. The bathroom was beautiful but again, a bit too modern. There was a creepy window in the bathtub that allowed the person in the bed to watch you bathe. There was no free water or coffee and tea in the room. But, there were free slippers. Best part of the hotel, the breakfast. It was difficult to find, but the breakfast was plentiful.

Service is very lame. The hotel is good, but management needs to work with the service

Gorgeous hotel ! I've been there just before the pandemic lockdown and the staff was really reactive and sweet ! Place to be !

I was 4 days in Lisbon staying at this hotel and when writing the review, the first thing that comes to mind, the short description, is: 5 * has the name, and the price.
My opinion is based on the services I used at the hotel, I can not comment on everything it offers, since I admit that I only use a very small part of its facilities: the room.
The hotel is located in the north of Lisbon, near the airport, so much so that you can enjoy watching airplanes every 3 minutes in front of your window, and without hearing a single noise.
My visit to Lisbon, like that of any tourist who visits it, focuses on the South, Alfama, Belen and Chiado, so the hotel goes to sleep, and in any case breakfast and dinner. And I say in any case because although it would be normal, in this case it was prohibitive, at least it is for an average pocket, since breakfast cost around 18-20 per person.
From what I "touched", from what I can say, I will say that the room was spacious, the bathroom very nice and the bathtub enormous. The pool is very original, but useless, because its design made water out.
The things that 5 * could do would be the amplitude of the room itself, the bathroom finishes, the electric blinds, the LED lighting, and the water heater (which I had to ask to replace me since it did not work). I had to make infusions (which I had to buy since the little bottle they leave you were all super sobadas, there were envelopes open ...).
The reception staff seemed quite haughty, nothing close or friendly, correct, without more. The service, ducked his head to cross the corridor, after 4 days saying good morning to the same 2 girls, did not return the greeting or the first time. Behavior that will require, I imagined.
It has free private parking and underground, that if.
In general the stay was a means to an end, which was to visit and get to know Lisbon, but it does not leave anywhere near that good feeling of which, at least in my case, I usually leave the hotels.

We were spooked by the comments we read, but nothing to complain about. Obviously for 5 * there are things that could be better thought of, something that if done in the future, we will certainly go back.

Very poor hotel. Rooms are dirty, staff not competent and do not communicate with each other. Was chased more than 3 times despite given late check out at reception.

The hotel is located in a good location, with an underground car park. Rooms quite large, spacious bathroom. Great for a short business trip (good connection to the airport). On the downside, there is a breakdown of the swimming pool, which we were not informed about when booking your stay, as well as impolite service at the reception desk, which should never take place in a five-star hotel.

We Booked a Package with Breakfast, but they didn't take the Money and now we have no breakfast included.

They are not polite, have an incredible bad accounting because didn't take online payment and made us pay more than online because of added taxes. Room is a Desaster, bathroom has no door or wall at the shower. But a window ?!# Then they make you pay 15 for using the Spa, dirty Bed sheets, not properly done beds.

So do yourself a favor and take an Airbnb. We stayed one week in a Airbnb in Lisbon and it was great, each Cent worth it but this 5* Hotel isn't worth anything. Waste of money and time. Never in my life I will go to this brand again and tell all people who I know that this is a bad Hotel.

A really lousy 5 star hotel. Bathrooms were not clean, the sink didn't drain, the water pressure on the sink is really messy, the wake up call man was unpleasant, the restaurant staff were lazy.

The spa is not included, a pity that also on January 1 not open

Breakfast is delicious.
The staff's response was not good, but the breakfast was excellent and the type (including egg tart) was very good.
The bullring was near, and there was a small mall, a supermarket, and a food court inside the bullring, and shopping was convenient. We did not use this time, but are near the station and are convenient and good place.

Good environment. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Not a true 4 star but it is very close.

I only know from the outside and from the photos and it was very close to my apartment in Lisbon.

With a big name and being a 5 star hotel we expected more and better. But all of this was overcome by the two of us being together, all night and day holding each other close together. It was the best birthday gift I ever had love.

The hotel is acceptable, but in no case a five star. The rooms are small. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, towels, some were dirty.

Poorly maintained facilities. Very poor cleaning in rooms and in the dining room. Very weak service at breakfast.

5 star hotel as there is a pool and spa. Effect hall. International breakfast good choice. The room (suite 250 n. 2 nights) of right size but a little dated. Large TV, stained marble, ruined parquet, clean enough on the whole, sink clogged and uncomfortable even just to wash your hands. A little below expectations.

We have toured a circuit in Portugal, and this has been the hotel that we liked the least for the following reasons
-First of all, the hotel itself has a modern air, which I loved, but the big problem is that it is not practical at all, like the bathroom, the sink ...
-Secondly, the rooms were incomplete (it was not a bathtub but a glass, it looked like an aquarium), also the shower had the drain cover loose, the others were bad, there was no hairdryer (we went to reception to get it and they didn't let us)
- When we went to the pool we had to deposit 40 as a deposit for a towel, I found it embarrassing, also that there was no lifeguard in the pool, only a phone to call reception
In conclusion we did not like this hotel at all, but it should be noted that the breakfasts were impressive, and the staff were very friendly

Want to know how the fruit salad is made? It's all fire in sight, everything has to do with capital, it's a shame the back of that hotel, the clothing for the rooms is given in the hotel's parking lot, not to mention the customers' dirty clothes and taken in a car where the clothes come clean that even they want the employees to carry in black bags. Very elegant hotel located in the most chic and central area of the city. The rooms are modern and each is different from the other. Huge beautiful and very comfortable bathroom. It is a hotel that I recommend to everyone for its beauty and the extreme courtesy of all those who work there.

The hotel is very clean, spacious. Glass shower is a nice thing. Pretty central. Highly recommended
